The overall taste is fair. The texture of the steak is quite tender in general, except that there are two to three pieces which are slightly too chewy. The blue cheese got a relatively strong flavor, which may not suit the taste of the majority. Therefore I would recommend other types of cheese for beginners. The amount is more than enough.
