Long time no met my friend, and we finally met and visited this Poke resto in North Point, which I had bookmarked for a while..We both ordered Build Your Own Bowl. Here were my selections:-Main:Tuna-Base: Sushi Rice -Mix-ins: Tofu, Mushroom, Tobiko-Dressing: Bashi Shoyu -Toppings: Nori, Chilli Flakes and Fried Garlic Flakes The tuna was really meaty and fresh, and the bashi shoyu elevated its umami. The popping tobiko blended interestingly with the soft tofu, and the chilli flakes added more complexities to its flavour. Here were my friend's selections:-Main:Tuna-Base: Sushi Rice -Mix-ins: Edamame, Tofu, Mushroom-Dressing: Kumbu Shoyu -Toppings: Nori, Bonito, Sesame Seed .They offered a discountduring our visit. A HKD10 reduction was given for purchases over HKD100, and a HKD20 reduction was given for over purchases over HKD200. .Apart from sashimi poke, they also offered Hot Bowls, catering to those who are not great fans of raw food..The resto is quite spacious and the seating is comfortable.
