欧美的饮食节目常呈现,由多种香料、不同调味料,甚至果汁果肉等自家调制的腌汁,与巨型猪腩、牛腩、肋排等肉类混和,然后放进大型焗炉,以低温慢烘十多二十个小时。最后做出肉汁满满、色泽粉嫩,成为各式包类享用自家风格的肉馅,或 All Day Breakfast 的主菜,做法在外国是司空见惯。像这样令人口水大流的风味,跟香港一般 Cafe 采用超市常见的烟肉火腿,不可同日而言。或者因为这样,一向对 All Day Breakfast 提不起劲!不过,「Passepartout」的出现,彷佛打破了常规,令我好想去 Cafe,好想一尝具自家风味成份的 All Day Breakfast!择日出发,看到门口排著人龙,心知不妙,幸好及时发现先扫墙 上 QR Code,登记后便可以离开,期间要勿切注意店方来电的通知啊!「Passepartout」设有室外座位,可惜大家也无惧高温,全部室外座位也给预留了,没法加速医肚的进程!我们大概等候了1小时45分钟,约于 2时30分入座,用餐时虽而停止登记,但室外仍有最后一批客人在轮候分配座位!香港寸金尺土,肯花这样心机制作食物的 Cafe 不多,食后感以诚意之作四字作结。调味方面要比想像的更健康,连饮品每份 All Day Breakfast 约二百多港元,视乎所挑选饮品的价位,以质衡量,价钱尚算合理。假如在某些细节地方作出微调,性价比便能更上一层楼!上餐速度快,眨眼便抵达「曼谷」。 Bangkok HK$168 有著心目中必试的自家制厚切烟肉。自家制厚切烟肉果然不错,入口完全没有油腻感、瘦肉松化、脂肪爽口,主调带甜香,味道刚好,吃得畅服!假如多一点焦香或烟熏香气,必定大大加分。黄袍炒蛋生熟度掌控得不错,质感滑溜、但牛油香不明显。酸种多士有点过腍,也许是被蛋汁沾湿、又或是酸种多士烘烤情度太浅所致,令口感差了一点点!而看似普通不过的鲜茄汁焗豆,却有著惊喜,虽然不是自家制,只是加工了蕃茄汁,但软绵茄汁豆与甜酸平衡的蕃茄汁来得十分协调,就连不爱吃茄汁的另一半,也大口大口的吃著!去完曼谷,马上转飞纽约。为何会选上 New York HK$180,绝对是因为自家制美式咸牛肉的吸引力。桃红色的咸牛肉的确非常的嫩滑软腍,质感很不错,可是一点咸意也感受不到,这种太和谐的味道,似乎有违咸牛肉之名。若将咸度稍为增加,跟顶层的酸瓜定能擦出火花,令味蕾一振!咸牛肉内层是厚厚滑滑的薯仔沙拉,底层以酸种面包承托。若咸牛肉不够咸,薯仔沙拉更淡的话,整个组合未免有点乏味,虽然我也习惯欣赏食材的原味道,亦主张低糖低盐的健康烹调。建议要不加强薯仔沙拉的调味,要不加强咸牛肉的咸度,二选一!不要求太强烈,只求带出风味!离开纽约,我们抵达印度。Calcutta Wings HK$78 是印度风味的鸡翼,端来时香料气味极为吸引,加上一份有六只鸡翼之多,算是抵吃!鸡翼表层微脆,沾上重重的酱汁,不惜要舔清手指上的酱汁!个人可以接受再重香料和添加辣度,带出更惹味的印度口味,不过餐厅要迎合不同客人的需要,未必人人可接受印度的重口味,这点是理解的!饮品方面有咖啡、茶和朱古力等选择。我挺喜欢侍应妹妹建议的 Miso Caramel Latte HK$50,味噌带出新的啡味,下量亦调配得刚刚好,与咖啡有著不错的平衡度!而冻饮的 Lime Soda HK$40 则一般而已,未算特别!我们进餐时,旁边的两位客人才刚刚入座,而外边等候的客人大概也有六、七位!还有伦敦、横滨、墨尔本、三藩市等多个地方未吃,期待下次时空交错的 All Day Breakfast!Read More

Came here with family under hot weather, wrong decision for me! It would be so much better if I come with a friend (I feel it's easier to get a table if there are two people), and in winter....coz it's so hot to queue outside.While waiting in line, sis keeps reading negative reviews of this restaurant to me....(Luckily when we got in , those negative reviews didnt apply to us.)After waiting for 45 mins, we finally got in. And because everyone has been waiting for so long, we speed up eating and leave as soon as finishing everything.Food is good and photogetic. I think it is a restaurant that I would enjoy on both the food and service I like the bacon. Though sis said it' s too chewy...The waffle in Culcutta is a nice surprise. But it's not ordinary. I can see my family didnt want to finish it. It's more for foodie who is more open minded like me.The air con is quite good. Downside is that before end of meal, that egg got as cold as from the fridge.The speical Strepresso (may have got the spelling wrong) exhibit the sourness (or floralness).
