一星期七日都有happy hour 🤩红酒、白酒、香槟都有~环境非常舒适,服务员全是外国人,感觉轻松。放工放假和朋友来喝几杯,慢慢倾下计,系一个好选择~今次黎剩系饮野,冇叫野食,唔知有什么选择,下次可以再试试! 继续阅读

今日刚刚做完运动,便往fitness center 附近的餐厅吃午餐。这间餐厅有型有格,采简约时尚的风格,贯彻品牌的形象。用餐区域分别有地面层和一层,楼下的setting 比较casual, 而楼上就比较有情调。午餐分别有两个course 和三个course $198/248. 今日唔太饿,我和honey选择了两道菜. Sustainable Baltic salmon这三文鱼份量十足。三文鱼煎得表面金黄,Baltic salmon的鱼肉比较紧实,加上全熟的关系,口感未算软滑,但味带鱼油甘香。然而野米口感烟韧而干身,带一点咖喱风味,香口惹味。USDA beef burger这牛肉汉堡厚度和份量都十足。牛肉汉堡煎到半熟,内𥚃保留嫩红肉色,肉味浓郁,肉汁亦丰盈,正!配上厚切蕃茄和半溶芝士和茄汁、温软的面包,真正美式汉堡滋味。Valrhona double chocolate flan本以为这是邪恶的朱古力甜品,原来是朱古力奶冻。朱古力奶冻滑溜溜,朱古力味道浓郁,甜香而不腻口。Banana and peanut butter tart这花生酱挞比较厚身,富质感。尤爱那香浓的花生酱忌廉,香滑甜香,遇上软腍香蕉,味道合拍得很,好吃但好邪恶。最后另加Cappuccino 作结。估唔到这cappuccino 咁大杯,而且口感幼滑,泡沫丰盈而细密,不错。静静的坐著、慢尝,看看品牌的精品,又呷一下咖啡,就过一个舒闲的下午。 继续阅读

造车捞过界做饮食业, Benz在香港也不是第一次, 之前Fiat在尖沙咀Mira也有其Cafe, 而Benz选择了中环的核心地段作为其餐厅, 我对其有一定期待, 除了放在门口的GT63够Sharp醒外, 我更希望里面的食物质素, 能令我动心, 可惜从简单的烧和牛配薯条来看, 就是差了一点点. 以澳洲和牛西冷作主调, 肉味和脂度平衡不俗, 雪花当然没有日本的澎湃, 看上去大约M5的就是这个样子, 只是配菜的薯条才是问题的来源, 油膉味比一般茶餐厅的更重, 是重覆油炸的后果. 只是午饭时间, 就要品尝重炸万年油的薯条, 我不太能接受吧! 特别是这个里代表著Benz如此Luxurious的品牌. 继续阅读

The Mercedes me store is located at a prime location right at the heart of Central on Queen’s Road Central. It makes a really convenient place for lunch, as it’s also close to the MTR and other office buildings, plus a hike is not required.The restaurant has 2 floors, so it’s easier to get a seat at lunch hour even if you haven’t make a reservation in advance. It’s quite a comfortable environment to enjoy lunch.Today I picked the 2 course meal with add on sourdough with butter.The sourdough was warm, taste quite well. The scallop ceviche was quite nice mixing worth crunchy ingredients. The sour taste of it was also refreshing for summer.As for the main, I’ve picked the pork loin. I’m glad I added sourdough or else I would be quite hungry. The pork is good though.The environment was relaxing and you could easily enjoy your lunch for 2 hours, unlike other busy restaurants in Central that would be either too noisy or too crowded to stay in the place any longer. 继续阅读

趁著restaurant week,同班同事去附近的Mercedes 试下先.  平日行过皇后大道中,只见有部车放系店门口,但唔留意真系好难发现里面有餐厅.  Book 左1点10分, 我地1点5分已经到达,由于 lunch时间好紧迫, 我地一早已经写好哂要食乜野,一到即刻可以点菜.    大约20分钟后, 头盘来了,我点左 熟红柿,萝卜, 莳萝  (Vine Ripened Tomatoes),  呢个前菜系好酸,  熟红柿,萝卜口感唔错, 好开胃;   主菜系 烧焦的加拿大猪肉里脊 (Charred Canadian Pork Loin) 配沙爹胡萝卜,青豆,柑橘  (Satay carrots, green beans, citrus),  卖相几好, 猪肉里脊肉味好浓, 好嫩, 配菜新鲜;   最后甜品清酒,味噌,北海道牛奶冰淇淋 (Sake, miso, Hokkaido milk ice-cream)  清酒雪糕好滑好香, 配上有咬口的粒粒果仁,好特别好味道! 呢份午餐质素好好,可惜等待主菜的时间太耐, 1点50分先上主菜, 等左40分钟, 仲要催左几次再等齐我地7份主菜先上, 我地要好快咁食完份午餐,完全享受唔到,好可惜!   希望餐厅上菜时间可以改善一下!  继续阅读
