阿根廷扒房 红砖环境俨如外国
呢度嘅深色木系、砖墙、吊扇打造出浓厚外国气氛,一整排大玻璃窗更映透红砖大馆,相当浪漫。作为专业扒房,更有自家熟成柜,每款牛扒至少熟成7-14日,牛扒特别软嫩同重肉味㗎!扒房开店以嚟,最主打就系阿根廷肉眼扒(Rib Eye),因为当地牛扒较少肥膏,就算好厚切都完全唔韧。

呢日同朋友一齐嚟咗呢间阿根廷🇦🇷餐厅食午餐🥣🍱🥪餐厅有 Lunch 可以自由组合,$218 Aperitivo + Main + Sides + Soft Drink 前菜+主菜+配菜+汽水, 同埋 $298 Aperitivo + Carne De Res + Sides + Soft Drink 前菜+牛排+配菜+汽水,咁我哋各叫咗一个🤣,餐牌上边有啲啲西班牙文又有啲英文咁几得意,如果全部写成西班牙文就会系咁 Aperitivo + Plato Principal + Guarniciones + Refresco 应该都有机会睇得明嘅🤣阿根廷🇦🇷系一个非常值得去旅游嘅地方,喺南美洲嚟讲亦都系治安相对比较好🤩,好多好靓嘅地方例 Patagonia, Ushuaia, Iguazú Falls, Mendoza, El Calafate, Buenos Aires 等等真系多到数唔晒,所以我唔止去过一次阿根廷🇦🇷旅行🧳,但系我对阿根廷菜🇦🇷又一啲都唔熟悉㖞🤣,只系知道 阿根廷菜🇦🇷受多国菜式同埋文化影响,包括阿根廷🇦🇷土著人民(Indigenous People in Argentina)嘅饮食习惯、16世纪 西班牙人🇪🇸喺殖民时期 Spanish Colonization 带嚟嘅地中海饮食文化、19/20 世纪 由意大利🇮🇹同西班牙🇪🇸大量移民带到阿根廷🇦🇷嘅影响,咁可以想像阿根廷菜🇦🇷几咁包罗万有🤩;阿根廷人🇦🇷食好多牛肉,不过某啲地区例如 Patagonia 就食羊多过食牛😋🤩Aperitivo「鞑靼牛肉 Steak Tartare」:生牛肉他他 / 鞑靼牛肉 嘅牛肉好新鲜,上边仲加咗啲洋葱粒香葱粒青瓜粒等,捞埋一齐味道层次又丰富啲🤣;仲可以同有少少脆嘅厚切多士🍞一齐食🤣Aperitivo「烤焗波芙隆芝士 Melted Provolone Cheese」:Provoleta 系意大利🇮🇹 Provolone 嘅阿根廷🇦🇷版本,而 Provolone 系由牛奶制成嘅 semi-hard cheese;Provoleta 被形容为 "Argentine pulled-curd provolone cheese",Provoleta 可以放喺烤架上烤,亦可用铸铁锅加热,呢只芝士 🧀质地较坚硬所以烤热后一般仍能保持形状;呢间餐厅嘅 Provoleta 用铸铁镬烧热令芝士溶晒又加咗 Oregano 同埋 Chilli Flakes,劲有咸香非常之好味,配法式面包一齐食,好正🤣Plato Principal「香煎比目鱼 Catch of the Day」:比目鱼 Halibut 新鲜兼肉质鲜甜细滑🤩;Ratatouille 系源自法国🇫🇷南部 Provence 同埋 Nice 嘅一道特色菜,系多种蔬菜嘅大杂烩,一般会用 栉瓜、大蒜、辣椒、茄子、洋葱、番茄 等,不过冇特定嘅材料🤩,呢间餐厅就用咗 茄子、洋葱、蕃茄 等材料,Ratatouille 系好好嘅配菜😋Plato Principal「封门柳 Hanger Steak 🥩 250g」:烧牛肉喺阿根廷🇦🇷系一度非常普遍同埋受欢迎嘅菜式🤩,亦系呢一餐嘅主角之一🤩;「封门柳🥩」要咗 medium 😋,「封门柳🥩」肉质偏瘦、有牛味、有少少咬头🤩;餐厅仲准备咗6款酱汁可以沾,令味道更加丰富😋Guarniciones「烤椰菜花 Roasted Brussels Sprout」:Brussels Sprout 都真系食唔少一般都系炒咁样烧烤煮法又真系几特别🤣;另外,Brussels Sprout 另外一个中文名叫「抱子甘蓝椰菜仔」🤣仲有汽水可以饮🤣查看更多

The restaurant is a hidden gem with a wonderfully chill vibe that makes every visit a pleasure. We can seat nearby the window and watch the historical building. The inviting ambiance is perfect for unwinding, and the polite, attentive service from the waitstaff makes us feel truly valued.We chose the lunch set menu, which is impressively affordable given the quality of the dishes. The price is around HKD$230 to $400 includes the appetizer, main, sides and drinks.The steak tartare and fugazetta empanada are delightful starters; the tartare is velvety and rich, with a tantalizing aroma that hints at its freshness. The empanada is flaky and golden, bursting with savory goodness.The catch of the day is succulent, complemented by the earthy aroma of roasted Brussels sprouts, while the Argentinian T-bone, tender and juicy, pairs perfectly with the creamy, truffle-infused garlic mash. It is around 500g! We can finish it within half hour and full.The portions for each dish are generous enough to leave you feeling fully satisfied. It is an excellence lunch experience.查看更多

今次我地过左黎中环大馆影下相行下咁,顺便book左附近间阿根廷牛扒餐厅食饭,餐厅灯光比较暗,几有情调,有d酒柜都好靓,用餐前店员会先上餐包比客人☺️忌廉粟米粽Creamed Corn($108)个前菜既忌廉粟米粽,口感真系有少少似粽,比较黏,都好creamy,有d似粟米汤沟pizza既感觉🌽西冷牛排Sirlon 300g($418)呢块牛无论肉质定系烹调技术都好好,我地拣左7成熟,煎到外层熟,里面仍然带点粉红色,锁住肉汁,仲有6款唔同既酱点牛扒食,我觉得原味唔洗点酱,加少少盐就最好食🥩脆皮鸡胸肉阔意粉 Chicken Alfredo($208)呢碟意粉系爆多既忌廉汁,又香芝士味,好似我咁钟意忌廉既一定劲开心,鸡胸肉亦都好嫩唔鞋🍝奶油忌廉焗薯片 Potato Au Grain($88)呢个同我想像中有少少出入,我预期佢系比较明显既一块块薯,呢款就类似千层面既感觉,薯块整得好淋,忌廉味有渗埋去底层既部分🥔Del Jardin ($88)由橙汁,苹果汁,姜啤整成既mocktail,夏天饮感觉清爽解渴🍹呢间餐厅食物同环境都高质,价钱都好合理,几款忌廉味既野食我都好钟意,牛扒就当然系最好食,系度食饭感觉好有仪式感,无论拍拖定系庆祝都好适合🥰查看更多

La Parrilla Steak 中环云咸街同朋友约咗个late lunch,拣咗呢间几chill嘅扒房。Set lunch好多选择,仲要性价比唔错,抵赞! **前菜**试咗当日嘅南瓜甘荀忌廉汤,好滑好creamy,饮落好暖胃。Steak Tartare系惊喜!生牛肉调味刚好,配埋超脆嘅多士,一口接一口停唔到~ **主菜**叫咗Rump steak (300g),肉味浓又有咬口,仲配有6款酱汁,每款试少少好过瘾!朋友嘅Grilled Spatchcock Chicken都唔错,皮脆肉嫩。 **配菜**拣咗Brussels sprouts同Field Green Salad,菜够晒新鲜,清清爽爽平衡返啲肉嘅厚重感。 **饮品**想怀旧一下咁就叫咗Ginger beer,爽口又解腻,真系好耐冇饮过呢种味道! 环境方面,餐厅几清静,枱同枱之间唔会太逼,坐得舒服。倾偈、gathering一流,所以继上次响北角食过今次再encore!查看更多

The beef tartare is a standout appetiser, showcasing fresh, tender beef paired with a mildly spicy sauce that enhances its depth of flavour. Spread over crunchy bread, the combination is simply divine. Empanada de Pollo, the chicken and tomato filling is hearty and perfectly seasoned, enveloped in a golden, flaky pastry that crumbles beautifully with every bite.For mains, the Rigatoni Picante is a pleasant surprise—the rich tomato sauce complements the firm pasta perfectly, while a subtle heat adds just the right amount of kick. The light touch of cream rounds out the flavours for a well-balanced dish. The hanger steak, expertly seared to a gorgeous crust while remaining irresistibly juicy inside, each bite is packed with robust beefy flavour yet never overpowering. With six different sauces to pair, the possibilities are endless, though honestly, even without any sauces, its natural seasoning is enough to shine. This is one steak that deserves an encore!On the side, the roasted cauliflower is wonderfully caramelized, and the garlic truffle mashed potatoes? Pure decadence.
