After an arduous hike within the Central area, I finally arrived at this seemingly hidden Korean Katsu Restaurant. Though we came with a group of 3, we only had to wait around 10-15 minutes for a spot, even though it was a Friday Night at 7pm. As we seated, our mouths watered upon locking eyes with the  variety of korean comfort food and deviously tempting cheesy katsu available. As we waited, it was quite nice seeing the staff working calmly and efficiently as they meticulously prepared our meals. We were quite surprised by the international diversity of the staff, which did make me a bit worried initially, since I had bad past experiences with Indian or Mexican chefs working at the sushi bars in America. One of the staff was Korean at least. But my doubts quickly faded upon the arrival of our meals.For only about $198 a meal, our set included a hefty serving of fried goodies, bowls of rice, salads, and cold noodles, some sauces, and some Korean veggies. Some plates even included a few "happy" faces for us. The food was, absolutely phenomenal. Though every single meat served was well seasoned, tender, juicy, fatty, and bursting with flavor, I can't help but feel regretfully fat and unhealthy. Worse, we then found out that rice, noodles, and salads were UNLIMITED at this restaurant, which is an insanely good deal for a place in CENTRAL. This was probably one of the most satisfying dishes I ever had in Hong Kong so far, and my blood vessels were luckily spared since they didn't have any dessert options. Overall, a 10/10 amazing place to bring your co-workers or closest friends. I had a blast enjoying every little detail throughout the dinning experience, and perhaps the long journey back to the MTR was worth it after all.…查看更多
