Filnt是港岛区其中一间比较低调而又Underrated的酒店扒房,主要是因为它和酒店的Executive Lounge结合起来,没有同类的相对独立空间,但牛扒的水准真的不错,特别是烤纹的深刻,外表的焦脆和内里肉质的嫩滑,用上的是USDA Prime水准的,完全没有问题。最重要的是他们的Brunch,人均大约四百多元,头盘竟然是Seafood Platter,当中的龙虾以及鲍鱼,比起牛扒的平实,增添一种高性价比的奢华。Flint is one of the more low‑key and underrated hotel steakhouses on Hong Kong Island, mainly because it is combined with the hotel’s executive lounge and lacks standalone space. The steaks, however, are good: sharply defined grill marks, a crisp char outside and tender meat within, using USDA Prime beef with no issues at all.
