Revisited this Pizza resto in Pacific Place twice for lunch with my colleagues. .We ordered the following dishes to share (This time I will focus on introducing the dishes which I hadn't mentioned in my previous post abt this resto):-Large Salad (HKD80)We could choose five ingredients from their salad bar for mix and match. The dressing was savoury and the salad veggies were fresh. -Parma Pizza (HKD196)It featured tomato sauce, mozzarella, D.O.P. prosciutto di Parma and rocket. The parma ham tasted delicately salty with a subtle sweetness, and the rocket on top moderated its saltiness. -Funghi Pizza (HKD185)It consisted of shiitake, portobello, cremini, mozzarella, D.O.P. fontina, taleggio, Parmigiano-Reggiano and thyme. The mushrooms were juicy and paired well with the cheese. The crust was crunchy, and the cheese was stringy. -Tiramisu (HKD70)It included cream, mascarpone, eggs, lady fingers, espresso and cocoa powder. The tiramisu was creamy and smooth. 同同事放lunch误打误撞嚟到呢间Pizzeria & Café，估唔到咁有惊喜！店面唔算好大，但系装修简约得嚟好有品味，半开放式厨房见到师傅即搓pizza，成间店都飘住烤pizza同咖啡香，好治愈。绝对系重点！叫咗个招牌Margherita，饼底系正宗拿坡里做法，外脆内软带啲嚼劲，边位焗到胀卜卜好似枕头咁。番茄酱同水牛芝士简单但新鲜，罗勒叶香气好突出。最惊喜系用咗窑炉烤，所以成个pizza都有股独特炭香，同连锁店完全两回事！都唔输蚀，点咗杯Cappuccino，泡沫绵密，咖啡同奶比例刚好。朋友话佢哋嘅冰滴咖啡都好出色，饮落有朱古力同坚果余韵，同pizza意外地夹。仲试咗个，咖啡酒味够香浓但唔会太烈， mascarpone芝士轻盈滑溜，食完成个都唔会腻。服务几好，店员会耐心介绍食物。人均百五蚊左右，以手工pizza同咁嘅环境嚟讲算合理。已经谂紧周末再嚟试吓其他口味，顺便hea下叹咖啡！推荐俾钟意意大利菜又想要cafe悠闲感嘅朋友～…查看更多
