只在Sunday才有的Sunday Roast 份量好多：四片烤牛肉(点餐时指明：「May I have the beef well done?」) 、三个焗薯、一个薯蓉、甘笋、椰菜花，还有约克郡布丁。黑椒汁是这道菜的精髓，不可不能没有。全熟的牛肉虽然老了一点，但不打紧，牛肉味仍然十足。三个焗薯和一个薯蓉衬映出我这一个small potato。微微烤熏的薯皮真的好香口。约克郡布丁就如梳乎尼般空虚，但内里的蛋味好香!如果英国肉批的酥皮如约克郡布甸般香酥，那便完美了。吃过后，真的好饱!爱尔兰传统布甸 看到布甸时，心想：「这是西米露?」原来是暖暖的忌廉米粥，米粒仍是完整。如果只有忌廉，那会如印度鲜奶球般沉闷。故此，酸酸的草莓就如闪电划破黑夜，十分突出。…查看更多
