Poor service from restaurant manager regarding rude attitude towards customers today. I feel highly dissatisfied regarding this.The first problem is about apps. Even I make an order and it disappear. When I express this to that manager, he said “my company is rubbish and many people always complain and I cant do anything” I cant even imagine how manager can reply this in this attitude. Actually yr company rubbish is none of my business what I concern is whether the food can deliver to me .The second problem is when the apps is not working and one waiter help me take order. I already waited around 40mins and the spaghetti is still not deliver to my friend. I asked why other dishes can deliver faster and he said only one person cook spaghetti and he cant manage the order. He said thoses words in a very impolite way make my friends feel also irritated.
