Sando is Japanese style sandwich and here they incorporate some Hong Kong elements to the sando to make themselves one of its kind. If you are looking for something nice but not expensive in the Central area, this is definitely your place😋I tried their lunch set on weekday. It came with a snack, a sando and a drink. The sandos were both top notch and I do think we need more of it in HK. The 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗱 is the signature here. The smooth custard was a little bit sweet with drooling egg aroma😆 The contrasting bacon jam offered some savoury kick to the palate. But my favourite is the 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁 one. The beef brisket was super tender and the BBQ sauce was excellent. The crispy cabbage gave some very texture. A must try🔥The sides were nice too. The 𝗘𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 🥗 deserved a special mention since it’s not easy to have a decent and proper salad as a side in many restaurant. The use of coconut milk was very unique and memorable too.
