呢晚同朋友一齐嚟咗呢间阿根廷🇦🇷餐厅食晚餐🤣Visited this Argentine restaurant with my friend for dinner 🤣阿根廷🇦🇷系一个非常值得去旅游🧳同探索嘅地方,喺南美洲嚟讲亦都系治安相对地比较好🤩,好多好靓嘅地方例如 Patagonia, Ushuaia, Iguazú Falls, Mendoza, El Calafate, Buenos Aires 等等真系多到数唔晒,所以我唔止去过一次阿根廷🇦🇷旅行🧳,我亦都去过 Patagonia 因为我去过 Ushuaia(全世界最南边嘅城市),但系我对阿根廷菜🇦🇷又一啲都唔熟悉㖞🤣,只系知道 阿根廷菜🇦🇷受多国菜式同埋文化影响,包括阿根廷🇦🇷土著人民(Indigenous People in Argentina)嘅饮食习惯、16世纪 西班牙人🇪🇸喺殖民时期 Spanish Colonization 带嚟嘅地中海饮食文化、19/20 世纪 由意大利🇮🇹同西班牙🇪🇸大量移民带到阿根廷🇦🇷嘅影响,咁可以想像阿根廷菜🇦🇷几咁包罗万有🤩;阿根廷人🇦🇷食好多牛肉,不过某啲地区例如 Patagonia 就食羊多过食牛😋🤩Argentina 🇦🇷 is an exceptionally captivating country, brimming with opportunities for travel and exploration 🧳. Compared to other parts of South America, it boasts relatively good safety, making it an inviting choice for visitors 🤩. These include the dietary customs of Argentina’s Indigenous peoples, the Mediterranean flavors introduced by Spanish colonizers 🇪🇸 in the 16th century, and the rich contributions of Italian 🇮🇹 and Spanish 🇪🇸 immigrants in the 19th and 20th centuries. This fusion results in a cuisine that is remarkably diverse and inclusive 🤩. 难得过海,唔系下下都要食一般嘅西餐嘅,上环有间系阿根廷餐厅,听起嚟够晒特别There's an Argentine restaurant in Sheung Wan that sounds pretty special平时对阿根廷食乜嘢冇乜概念,就约埋胃民体验吓I invited my friend to experience it together星期日佢地都有lunch set,有晒前菜、主菜、配菜同汽水This restaurant has a lunch set even Sunday仲有牛油加面包,好松软好绵that includes an appetizer, a main course, a side dish, a bread with butter体验够晒完整,汽水加晒冰冻冰冰,慢慢chill等住上菜and a soft drink前菜先嗌份牛肉馅饼,佢地整到好似巨型嘅煎牛肉饺,切开系香喷喷嘅牛肉,加上脆脆嘅外皮,点秘制辣酱食别具风味For appetizers, beef empanada seems like giant fried beef dumplings—when you cut them open, there's fragrant beef inside with a crispy outer shell. Dipping them in the secret spicy sauce gives them a distinctive flavor另一份就叫南美酸汁腌吞拿鱼,系刺身嚟嘅,捞埋洋葱丝同牛油果肉一齐食,连埋好酸嘅汤汁,非常开胃,啖啖都好清新The other dish was tuna ceviche, which is basically sashimi mixed with shredded onions and avocado, served with very sour broth.
