The meal began with the Castillo Oysters—fresh, briny, and bursting with ocean flavor. Next came the Garlic Shrimp, perfectly seared with a bold yet balanced garlic aroma, each bite juicy and satisfying. The Wagyu Carpaccio followed, delicate and paper-thin, drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkle of Parmesan, creating a sophisticated harmony of flavors. For the mains, the Strozzapreti Truffle stood out: creamy, aromatic, and indulgently rich, every strand of handmade pasta coated evenly in truffle sauce.
