The semi-open design gives off a vacation vibe.This time, we ordered a few signature dishes: Thai stir-fried kale, Thai chicken and pork satay skewers, Thai stir-fried wide noodles, and Thai minced meat lettuce wraps. The satay skewers here are served with satay sauce, and it’s absolutely top-notch! The stir-fried wide noodles were aromatic, smooth, and delicious—so satisfying 🤤The Thai minced meat lettuce wraps were incredibly tasty, full of rich meaty flavor. Wrapping them in crispy lettuce made each bite amazing!

今日同朋友想食tea 之后，先去行大馆同半山。行到一半，见到云咸街都几多嘢食，所以睇吓有咩想食吓先再行.行到中间，见到Baan Thai 餐厅都好cozy,所以同朋友入去试吓。坐底之后，店员都好友善，话俾我哋听依家系Happy Hours,可以饮杯cocktail 先，我就叫咗Aperol Sprit ,朋友就叫咗泰式奶茶，我唔系太肚饿，我哋share 牛肉沙律同菠萝炒饭。牛肉沙律酸酸辣辣好开胃，个菠萝炒饭都好好食啊！！食完本身都想食甜品，但真系太饱了，所以无食到，留番下次嚟先再食！！

透过外送平台下订单，上午11时完成落单，选12:30-13:00送餐，直至13:00 App 仍显示餐点准备中(外送员已到达餐厅等待餐点)，即直接打电话向店家查询订单情况，查询是否有漏接订单情况，接听电话的职员以极差及不耐烦的态度回应顾客，表示餐厅只有一个镬???(与顾客有关吗?)，表示她不是负责煮的那位，并表示此前仍有5个订单在处理中，竟然还向顾客说"Don't explain too much , make it short"，所以顾客查询订单情况应该真的是顾客的错。职员表示5分钟内会做好，也只是空谈。13:15 App 显示餐点准备中及预计送餐时间已延至13:40，因此直接打电话给店家说明要取消订单，接听电话的职员表示已做紧订单，不可以取消，职员然后就直接cut 线。 此后直接在外送平台成功办理取消订单手续。餐厅的顾客服务真的极需要改善!

I recently visited Baan Thai with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The combination of a rude waitress and a forgotten reservation left a bitter taste in my mouth.Upon arrival, it became apparent that our reservation had been completely overlooked. While mistakes happen, the lack of acknowledgment and apology from the staff only added insult to injury. It was frustrating to witness their disorganized approach and apparent disregard for customer service.To make matters worse, the waitress assigned to our table displayed an astonishing level of rudeness. Her condescending tone and dismissive attitude were completely uncalled for. Instead of making us feel welcome, she seemed more interested in rushing through the motions of her job without any regard for basic courtesy.Throughout the evening, her behavior remained consistently off-putting. She failed to provide timely service, frequently ignoring our requests and leaving us waiting for extended periods. It was evident that she lacked the necessary interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions with even the slightest hint of professionalism.The quality of the food did not compensate for the abysmal service. The dishes we ordered were lackluster, with underwhelming flavors and presentation. This further compounded our disappointment, as we had hoped that the cuisine would at least redeem the overall experience.It is regrettable to have to leave a negative review, but it is important for potential patrons to be aware of the subpar experience we encountered. I would advise others to exercise caution before considering Baan Thai as their dining destination.
