闺密喜欢吃意大利菜,特别相约在湾仔的AMA Ristorante by The Amatricianist,休闲享受商务午市套餐,每位$396-$468,前菜任吃,正合心意。任吃意大利前菜自助式前菜圆枱放置在餐厅的中央,面积不大,但整整齐齐,项目丰富,贵精不贵多;包括各式海鲜、沙律、芝士、意大利火腿等。所以意式食品皆由”borgovivo”供应商提供。当中我们最欣赏海鲜,别于一般在五星级酒店自助餐吃到的淡而无味,也许加了香辛及海盐同灼,成功提升鲜味。海虾极巨大,而且虾头有膏;海蚬及青口同样大只肉厚,吃得太满足!面包披蕯 pizza 的饼皮,切成长条,烟靭味香,配合优质的橄榄油及意大利陈醋,停不了口!煎焗地中海带子配菠菜薯蓉.薄荷柠檬汁 $4684粒厚大的带子,两面煎至金黄焦香,中央保持生嫩,鲜美无比;菠菜薯蓉有特式,互相配合,吃起来薯蓉也不腻。龙虾小黄瓜扁意大利面配车厘茄酱 $448我最喜爱的龙虾咖汁意面配搭,没有令我失望,龙虾粒新鲜肉弹,意面挂汁,满嘴润泽。意大利咖啡少不了享受一杯意大利咖啡作结束。布置如意式小酒馆,阳光透进,轻松写意。

AMA Ristorante by The Amatricianist 主打义大利菜式,午市有Semi-buffet的选择,适逢情人节当周,餐厅推出节庆餐牌,套餐包埋自助吧、汤品、主菜和饮品,相当丰盛。🍴All you can eat自助区选择相当丰富,一共有十多道菜色。食材也给得很有诚意,鲜虾、青口、烟三文鱼应有尽有,罗马生菜与羽衣甘蓝翠绿爽口。鲜虾超肥美,肉质弹牙新鲜。青口肉肥味美,口感软嫩新鲜。烟三文鱼品质好,搭配起司与火腿都很合适。🍴餐前面包欧式面包份量十足,沾著橄榄油最对味。🍴炭烧义大利白牛仔柳配鲜刨黑松露白牛仔是来自中国的优质猪种。口感相当嫩,本身独特的香气与炭烧的焦味十分搭配。相较于另一种高级的伊比利猪,肉质更为鲜美,相当值得一试。🍴龙虾小黄瓜扁义大利面配车厘茄酱以番茄为基底的扁意粉,看上去很有份量。龙虾肉切成大小不一的块状,或在意粉与酱汁中。面条弹性十足,带有厚度与咬劲,龙虾肉弹牙新鲜,整体中规中矩。🍴Tea整体而言,环境舒适空间宽敞,装修典雅。午市自助区部份用料实在,食材水准高,主菜也毫不逊色。是适合庆祝特别节日或商务宴请的好地方。

Friday night should be a celebration of fine dining and good company, especially when Hong Kong’s restaurant scene needs a boost. Yet, this establishment—blessed with a prime location, elegant decor, and attentive service—utterly fails at the heart of what matters: exceptional food.The quality was staggering—in the worst way. We ordered simple dishes, none of which satisfied. The chef’s recommended “Cozze impepata al carbone” mussels were a travesty: of 17, 14 had shriveled meat the size of a pinky nail. The waiter’s excuse—that this is seasonal—was absurd; reputable restaurants source plump mussels year-round, fresh or frozen. Equally dismal was the $458 “Italian veal chop milk fed,” another chef’s pick. Untrimmed sinew and fat marred the cut, and the meat lacked any trace of beefy richness—a shocking misstep from a supposed professional kitchen.If these flagship dishes flop so miserably, the rest hardly inspires confidence. Adding insult to injury, welcome bread and tap water—complimentary elsewhere—carried a $100+ charge.For Italian fare, Hong Kong offers far superior choices in quality and value. This place disappoints on every level. Deep pockets, celebrity nods, or fabricated foodie praise might prop it up briefly, but a restaurant without a reputation is doomed. Good luck.星期五晚本应是享受美食与朋友欢聚的时光,在香港餐饮业低迷之际,本想支持本地餐厅。然而,这间位处优越地段、装潢精美、服务友善的餐厅,却令人失望至极——它丧失了作为餐厅的核心:美味的食物。食物质素令人咋舌。我们点了基本菜式,无一满意。厨师推荐的「Cozze impepata al carbone」青口,17只中有14只肉质萎缩,仅如尾指甲大小,侍应称此为季节正常现象,如此劣质竟能上桌,令人震惊;同类型的餐厅一年四季也能提供肉质肥美的青口(无论冷冻或新鲜)。另一道推荐菜「Italian veal chop milk fed」价值$458的牛小排同样不堪入目,筋膜脂肪未经处理,肉质毫无牛肉香气,令人震惊是专业厨师的出品。若连招牌菜尚且如此,其他菜式质素可想而知。更离谱的是,别处免费的welcome bread与tap water,这里竟索价过百。若想品尝意大利菜,香港不乏佳选。这间餐厅无论食物质素还是性价比皆令人失望。资金雄厚、名人、Foodie假食评加持或许能支撑一时,但无口碑的餐厅终难长存。祝好运。

今日同朋友去咗一间好有格调嘅意大利餐厅食lunch,环境真系冇得弹,装修有品味,坐得舒服,景观开扬。叫了半自助餐形式的set lunch ,前菜任攞,款式几多,有新鲜嘅虾、青口、烟三文鱼,仲有沙律同ham,新鲜味道也不错!主菜我哋拣咗「炭烧意大利白牛仔柳配鲜刨黑松露」,个牛仔柳烧得啱啱好,肉质嫩滑,仲有黑松露嘅香,味道几好!另外仲叫咗「香煎橄榄酿鱿鱼筒配香辣蕃茄汁」,鱿鱼筒煎得香脆,入面酿咗橄榄,个蕃茄汁带少少辣,好开胃,配埋一齐食真系好夹。整体嚟讲,呢间餐厅无论环境、服务定食物质素都系很好,lunch set 好抵食,绝对值得再encore!
