Recently, I dined at Abbraccio in North Point, and it was a memorable experience. Let's start with the soup. We ordered the tomato soup, and it was an absolute winner. The moment it was served, the rich, appetizing aroma of fresh tomatoes filled the air. One sip, and I was in love. It had that perfect balance of sweetness from the tomatoes and a hint of acidity that made it so refreshing. The texture was smooth and creamy, without being too heavy. It was the ideal starter, warming up my palate and building anticipation for the rest of the meal. The Gamberi was a treat for the seafood lovers. The prawns were cooked to perfection - tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. They were likely seasoned with just the right amount of herbs and spices, which enhanced their natural taste without overpowering them. Each bite was a celebration of the ocean's bounty. The Polpettoni Pasta was another highlight. The meatballs were succulent and full of flavor, nestled in a delicious sauce that clung perfectly to the pasta. The pasta itself was al dente, just the way I like it. It was evident that care was taken in preparing this dish, from the quality of the ingredients to the skillful cooking. To end our meal on a sweet note, we had two scoops of ice cream. It was a simple yet satisfying dessert. The creaminess of the ice cream provided a nice contrast to the more savory dishes we'd had before. The service at Abbraccio was also commendable. 老细突然话带我去食好嘢,原来系一间主打pizza嘅店(佢飞佛🍕),仲要一店两舖,隔离就系佢哋嘅扒房,佢话今次先🍕下次一定要试埋🥩! 餐汤同面包已经有惊喜🥣个蕃茄汤一入口系酸嘅,但越饮越香,质地好creamy,唔系一般罐头汤嘅感觉。🥖酸种面包外皮干,但内里好烟靭,咬落去有质感,点汤食一流。 🥗沙律唔hea做叫咗个鸡胸肉沙律,估唔到鸡胸可以咁嫩滑,一啲都唔鞋口,仲好juicy。火箭菜嘅独特香味好出,油醋汁浓得嚟带甜,仲有洋葱丝同萝卜丝增加口感,成个配搭好平衡。 🥩西冷扒有炭香 老细叫咗个西冷(250g),medium熟度,一上枱就闻到阵炭烧香味。切开见到粉红色嘅肉,烧得啱啱好,肉质超juicy,完全唔干,水准之上。 🍕自家制安格斯牛肉丸pizza个pizza饼底厚薄适中,唔会太厚或者太薄,咬落去好有口感。自家制番茄酱汁底好开胃,芝士份量足,拉丝效果满分。手打牛肉丸好有牛味,唔会死咸,整体配搭好正。 🍹饮品都唔马虎劲抵!!🥰$140for 2,叫咗杯Bay breeze:vodka底加上橙汁同小红莓汁,清新得嚟带少少酒香,好啱配pizza。另外仲叫咗杯fruit punch,甜度适中,唔会假甜。 🥩🍖隔离扒房好吸引 食完走先发现隔离就系佢哋嘅扒房,仲有大量熟成牛,有唔同部位嘅扒可以拣,睇嚟下次要专程过嚟试吓佢哋嘅牛扒! 成餐饭每一道菜都高质,完全冇伏,老细今次真系带咗我去咗间好嘢!🤭🤭😍👍🏻 继续阅读

今天选择了不过这间意大利风味餐厅,叫了两个Set lunch,中午12:30去到都已经很多人了。环境方面餐厅有砖屋嘅感觉,加上昏暗嘅灯光,感觉好高级同埋好舒服。服务方面餐厅服务员非常有礼亦很贴心👍🏻忌廉南瓜汤汤品味道香浓,香浓南瓜味,而且感觉好似有啲坚果碎,所以饮汤得来口感都好丰富👍🏻Soft drinkSet lunch包埋Soft drink,除咗基本汽水类,最喜欢有ginger ale/beer的选择。主菜Tonno pizza呢个Pizza主要用咗吞拿鱼,蕃茄,意大利水牛芝士配合清淡嘅香草调味洋葱。加上pizza新鲜出炉,批边松脆,轻易做出拉丝感觉。Polpettoni pasta呢个意大利面配上佢哋自家制嘅安格斯牛肉丸。真系超级好味👍🏻牛肉非常之有牛味,再配埋巴马臣芝士碎,令意粉更丰富入味。极之推介👍🏻追加食物香蒜炸薯条薯条啱啱新鲜炸起,好香脆,而且入面真系有浓浓嘅薯仔蓉,好惹味👍🏻 甜品意式奶冻配杂莓酱奶冻未配上酱汁之前,已经有好香浓嘅奶味,配上香浓杂莓酱,口感更丰富。Tiramisu配料包括马斯卡彭芝士,可可同浓缩咖啡。所以入口有浓浓嘅咖啡香味,芝士蛋糕好香。呢个甜品真心推介👍🏻 继续阅读

隐藏系北角嘅Abbraccio,系一间家庭式意大利餐厅,装修低调温馨,适合家庭同朋友聚餐。不过要注意地址写堡垒街,但其实入口系北景街。🍕 必点推荐|食过返寻味农家风 Contadina Pizza($178)即叫即焗手工薄饼烤得边缘微焦脆,饼底烟烟韧韧,厚薄度适中,白汁底充满忌廉奶香,浓郁而不水,搭配鸡胸肉丝、双重芝士同炒大葱的甜味,令人食唔停口。同朋友两个人就食左一大个🫣🫣🫣$178 食到咁高质嘅pizza ,性价比极高👍🏻🫣🫣自家制安格斯牛肉丸意大利面$178(Polpettoni Pasta)自家制安格斯牛肉丸无得顶,扎实多汁,混合香草调味,茄酱酸甜啱啱好👍🏻👍🏻另外仲有巴马臣芝士碎增添咸香味,又系食唔停口。生莱沙律酱配松露酱$128(Latturga e Tartufo)超多松露酱!松露味震撼级浓郁,加埋蓝纹芝士的邪恶组合,吃一口就上瘾。最正仲有烤杏仁片,劲香脆,增添口感层次。松露爱好者必试👍🏻👍🏻送嘅面包🥖都好好味,好松软,点意大利黑醋同橄榄油超正👍🏻经典 Tiramisu咖啡香浓郁,手指饼湿润度完美,甜度刚刚好👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻🍷Confini Chianti果香轻盈,配Pizza超解腻~ 🌟 总结:Abbraccio系一间性价比高,用心制作每道菜式嘅小店,从沙律到Pizza都充满手工诚意,松露、芝士控绝对要试 继续阅读

今日同同事去咗北角Abbraccio食lunch, 午市推出HK$128 (另加一) lunch-set, 包餐汤、餐包、自选主食(7” PIZZA or PASTA)同埋餐饮(汽水), 额外可以自选追加前菜小食。餐厅从外而内装修充满意式风情, 传统西式格局, 柔和灯光营造浪费气氛。Lunch-set虽然选择算不上多, 但总可以食到意大利特色美食, PIZZA同埋意粉。我地偏向中意食PIZZA, 主食两款都同样拣咗不同口味PIZZA。先放上餐汤同餐包, 仲加咗HK$30 追加: 香蒜炸薯条,薯条炸得香脆不油, 加咗香蒜, 惹味可口。餐饮包汽水, 亦可另+HK$30 转COFFEEPIZZA即叫即焗, 等待时间都唔会太耐。传统意大利饼底, 饼皮焗得带点焦㶶, 热辣辣时外层松脆内软熟。Tonno: 饼底上加上 意大利水牛芝士、香草调味洋葱、几片番茄同埋少量吞拿鱼肉, 咸香吞拿鱼肉跟芝士味道好夹, 配上多汁清甜番茄, 中和咸度之余, 更加开胃。Cacio e Pepe: 选用两款芝士分别为马苏里拉芝士同埋车打芝士, 再加上黑胡椒碎。芝士味浓郁一点, 喜欢食芝士嘅不能错过。最后我地仲额外HK$20/scoop 追加Gelatto,有云呢拿同埋类似tiramisu, 质感带有些少沙冰, 两款味道均为浓郁。 继续阅读
