🇹🇼 Authentic Taiwanese eatery: Must-get staples included Taiwanese pancakes, absolutely delicious, finely wrapped and panfried to perfection, mine was stuffed with ham, cheese and pork floss; and pork mince rice bento- full of flavourful condiments like marinated egg, pickles, corns, cabbages and vermicelli, mine was pork collar bento and I LOVE their huge thick slices of golden pork neck THIS MUCH. Their new menu items were surprisingly impressive: spicy tofu tantan soup flavoured with house garlic & chilli sauce, and Taiwanese soup rice noodles (mian xian) with very spongy handmade pork mixed cuttlefish balls. Dessert: hand rolled fresh milk mochi coated in kinako powder, that was served with crispy rice and a luscious matcha dipping sauce. This box was an absolute enjoyment, for both dine-ins and takeaways.

-黑布小巷-📍大角咀.讲起抵食又足料好味的台湾菜,就会谂起黑布小巷。之前系荔枝角返工时都会去食,原来大角咀都有店。.肉羹面线($42)肉羹面线好大碗,面线细滑,汤头浓郁。肉羹好好味,带胡椒香味,食落好弹牙。.慢煮嫩滑鸡扒手工卤肉便当 ($69)好丰富的便当,慢煮鸡扒腌到好入味,鸡皮同埋鸡肉都非常嫩滑。手工卤肉带点脂肪,加埋酸菜提味,拌饭一流。.黑布台式香肠($28)台式香肠非常爽脆,口感扎实。.凑凑豆腐汤($38)臭豆腐闻落完全唔臭,一咬就有回忆中的臭豆腐味,加埋餐厅的自家炒香蒜辣椒酱,非常惹味。.芋头椰汁三色圆 ($46)芋头椰汁好浓厚,质地似牛奶糊一样,非常顺滑。满满芋头清香,加埋烟韧三色圆,必食推介。.冬瓜茶 ($22)黑糖雪耳枸杞 ($28)饮品的选择比较少,全部都系少甜,健康之选。.。

呢间嘢个柜台后生仔好唔诚实,真系扼阿婆唔识字。此店有两种拌面,1/ 鸡脾肉椒麻伴面2/ 鸡脾肉葱油伴面本人昨天晚上是叫了鸡脾肉葱油伴面。可看图。 一吃下去就知道是“椒麻” 而不是葱油,一个是辣的且椒麻同葱油完全唔同味,咀唇有麻麻的感觉,于是跟当日铺面唯一的后生仔话系咪搞错,我话辣嘅,佢睇都未睇就已经话因酸菜有辣椒,所以辣,之后再做多场戏,去我的坐位上看我面的颜色,跟住就讲大话话,椒麻颜色较深,呢个较浅所以是葱油。我本想坚持,但因经济唔好,从新做过会蚀本,亦唔想为难呢位讲大话不眨眼后生仔难做,更怕系再帮你整会动手脚,大家明我讲乜。于是吃完它。 之后同佢讲返佢好唔老实,唔好咁扼客人,佢好似好无辜咁。
