Visited this ramen resto in Elements with my friend after watching the Mughals Exhibition at the Palace Museum. .I ordered the Black Squid Ink & Pork Bone Ramen. Its dark appearance might seem a little intimidating, yet the broth was quite savoury and rich, with the squid ink blending smoothly into the tonkotsu soup base. The garlic slices on top added extra aroma. The pork charsiu was thinly sliced and I thought the portion was a bit small. My sakura wood smoked Japanese egg had a nice runny yolk. My friend ordered the Rich Sea Bream Fish Ramen. It came with torched sea bream, braised pork belly charsiu, slow-cooked pork shoulder charsiu, sakura wood smoked Japanese eggs, purple onions, mitsuba Japanese parsley, bamboo shoots and colourful arare glutinous rice pieces. Her egg seemed slightly overcooked to me. .The ramen resto itself is not very big. It offers rice bowl too. The price of the food is on the higher side. The waitress was nice and offered me an apron as she reminded me that the squid ink broth might stain my clothes. .If one uploads four-star review on OpenRice or Google Maps, they can enjoy a free drink. …查看更多
