Chef Ecy’s Dining Experience:🥰 Food | Ambience | Service | Price | Easy Access | Easy Parking | Wheelchair🙂 Restroom Cleanliness😠 Pet Friendly | Corkage Fee | Cake Cutting FeeThis restaurant has many branches in Hong Kong and Guangzhou. They serve Wonton noodles which is very famous in Hong Kong. I went to different branches but these two I went are very good. The one in Jordan, the venue size is good, more spacious and they serve chinese tea. The food is very good too. They have own restroom and it‘s ok clean & tidy. They accept cash only. Outside the restaurant has many meter parking if you drive or you can access there by bus, minibus etc… MTR is just 2-min walk from exit C2 Jordan station. For the one I went recently in K11 Musea, I am surprised the noodle I ordered is very very good. They serve it very hot and very tasty. The venue is not big, I would say small.. but it is good for 1 to 2 to visit. Maybe guests are not too many, the chef can make good dishes. The venue is clean & tidy. I like my bowl very much… wanna to order one more! It’s so delicious! Wonton is tasty with many shrimps, and hot. The other dumpling 水饺 has many ingredients, hot and tasty too. The noodle is crispy, thin and yummy! The soup… I actually drink them all! They don‘t have restroom inside and have to use the one in the mall. It’s clean too…. Wheelchair is ok since they have lift in the mall. Many parking spaces in the mall, or you can take bus, minibus or even ferry to K11 Musea. MTR is Tsim Sha Tsui or East Tsim Sha Tsui station, 1min walk from exit J. This restaurant does not allow to bring your own bottle nor cake. Overall, this restaurant maintains good standard. 知道佐敦呢间云吞面一直都好出名出前两日晏昼就去咗一尝试咗牛腩云吞面 一上枱已经见到个碗好细面嘅份量都好少好少 两啖就食完 但味道好食既 云吞都好新鲜 但性价比低总算试咗一次 继续阅读

今日系2024年7月1号星期一公众假期,下午茶时段去佐敦附近试下啲名物,就揾咗佐敦麦奀记食驰名已久的云吞面,入到去里面冇乜客人食面,心里已觉得有些中伏,店员问我食乜当然系食最驰名的云吞面,叫咗碗云吞面加底,嚟到真系发现碗面非常细碗,冇香味,一啲都唔香,一啲都唔似传统云吞面嘅云吞香味,汤底更加唔使讲,冇味冇云吞面嘅香味,汤头好浅色,冇虾味及冇虾子味,粒云吞好细,只有淡淡嘅虾子味,虾冇鲜味,面虽然唔错,但系咁细碗,汤底又唔够味,云吞冇乜味,个面点好食都救唔返,仲要收57蚊一碗!大概30年前曾经食过,当时嘅云吞面汤底依然好浓味,仲好深褐色!而家食返全部走晒样👎!决定唔再帮衬,以后唔再帮衬👎👎👎👎👎出面应该仲有好味嘅云吞面舖。。。。。。 继续阅读

见佐敦白加士街麦文大排长龙,即管行过隔离两铺~麦奀试吓。面上台,摆法正常。先试汤,扎实大地鱼味,清,无杂味,浓淡亦刚好。夹起面入口,爽口,软硬岩好,一定唔系手工竹升面质感,但亦比一般工场货高质好多。食得出系新鲜面嚟。爬开面见云吞响底,细粒全虾云吞系麦奀特色。入口咬开,皮滑,虾肉的确十分弹牙爽口,味亦够,但口底胡椒粉味重,似乎佢可能落多咗少少。最后一试韭黄,生熟刚好亦重味,再一次系新鲜嘅感觉。严测简评:整体稳阵, 亦看得出细微位既功架。加上呢碗45蚊碗细蓉有比正宗细蓉略多既份量,其实响而家呢个市道可以话系抵食。 继续阅读

麦奀嘅圆眼云吞透出丰富西关地道风味,源自1920年代弛名广州云吞名门-广州云吞面之王麦焕池之子麦镜鸿 (因身形瘦削,故名麦奀)。细蓉,名字取自芙蓉花,玲珑剔透,微黄色中透著淡白,新鲜包好嘅云吞在热汤中翻动时,远看如鱼尾之姿,近看如芙蓉浮花,汤里看画,感觉唯美如斯。汤底鲜香满满嘅大地鱼甜味,清澈不油而且无碱水味🦐 云吞皮薄,内馅鲜嫩又有虾仁嘅爽脆,配合埋蛋香十足够晒弹牙嘅竹升面底,食落滋味无穷。但我只想知道究竟一次要食几多碗先够饱?😂 继续阅读
