其实我自己平时好少食omakase,但系屋企人生日就同佢地去左【鮨一魂】食lunch。我地就叫左$880既桜set,包括一款前菜、一款刺身、10贯寿司、玉子烧、味噌汤同甜品,共15样items。个人最推荐系金目鲷、秋刀鱼、海胆三文鱼籽迷你丼金目鲷:加入左少少山葵同酱油,食落肉质相当细致,而且唔会有鱼腥味秋刀鱼:秋天当季食材,油脂丰富、质感浓郁,入口即化海胆三文鱼籽迷你丼:海胆鲜甜、三文鱼籽经酱油渍调味,唔会太咸仲带少少柚子既香气同香味、非常鲜甜而甜品既红豆抹茶雪糕喜出望外,抹茶味香浓、红豆有唔会太甜,非常适合收尾。Read More

位于酒店1楼嘅鮨一魂,lunch原来有Omakase Set,真系要试试。最终拣左 桜 Sakura Lunch Set (有15样items)🔹前菜一种🌱茶碗蒸:好多人以为同中式蒸水蛋一样,但其实日式茶碗蒸多数是鲣鱼高汤伴入蛋液,再放于小碗内蒸煮。这里的茶碗蒸就再加有太刀鱼、松叶蟹、百合。茶碗蒸做得表面平滑,蛋的口感超滑嫩且甜美🔹向付(刺身)一种🌱间八 (𫠒红鱼):口感扎实清爽,肉质软滑且脂肪丰富,师傅再配上紫苏花提升鲜味🔹寿司 10贯 (拣两个我最想分享嘅~)🌱秋刀鱼:原本以为净系可以熟食,但原来师傅选用时令秋刀鱼系因为鱼味浓郁,入口肉质软熟,相当肥美。估唔到鱼生做法可以咁好味🌱深海星鳗:肉质算是软嫩,星鳗本身味道较淡,但师傅配用甜酱油汁煮后,味道浓郁有层次。鳗鱼入口会有少少微暖,表面仲查有少少香甜既鳗鱼汁,肉质相当肥美,油脂感十足🔹玉子烧 师傅介绍玉子烧是用上江户前方法制作而成,蛋味除左相当香浓之外,原来仲混入虾肉鱼肉。玉子烧表面烧到金黄焦色,咬开感觉好似海绵蛋糕咁细密得黎又蓬松,而味道就似蜂蜜蛋糕咁又香又软绵绵。香甜嘅味道作为整餐尾声点缀👍🏻🔹味噌汁味道够浓得黎刚刚好,呢度有加入准山蓉,相当不错🔹甜品最后有红豆抹茶雪糕~ 完美的一餐~📍鮨一魂香港铜锣湾礼顿道8号香港铜锣湾皇冠假日酒店1楼Read More
