This was a brilliant elevated twist of my all-time fave classic, and they CRUSHED it with crispy fried dumpling skin 'nachos' and fine-diced pineapple 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗿-𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗼 𝗧𝗼𝗳𝘂 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗠𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟮𝟴Never had something like this! The chewy yet perfectly crunchy rice rolls (tteokbokki vibes!) were drizzled with a rich, flavourful mapo tofu sauce that had just the right kick to make us happily sweat 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝘃𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗴𝗴𝘀 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟭𝟴The portion was HUGE! Loaded with creamy avocado and tender pulled chicken, the tangy dressing was balanced and coated every single bite𝗦𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗯 𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗸𝗼 𝗨𝗱𝗼𝗻 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟮𝟴The super chewy udon noodles were drenched in an ultra-creamy sauce, generously topped with sweet snow crab and umami-packed mentaiko. Pure comfort in a bowl that left us happily stuffed𝗬𝘂𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗛𝗞𝗗𝟭𝟬𝟴We had to order this for the gram!
