When approached to decide to eat in this restaurant, the most reason is to try something special. Be in the Michelin guide is meaning to be perfect restaurant with high requirement, perfect service and wonderful good. Everything must be above average. Let’s start from outside waiting time. No rules no one help just someone tell u keep line and wait. After 20 minutes they give table. The presentation its ok no wooow, no waiter help u to find table but someone point somewhere table is it a s u have to find by yourself. We got table and finally place the order. We order: braised chicken soup with fresh coconut (recommended from the chef), steamed eggplants (other special), stir noodles with beef brisket and sweet sour pork.They delivery first the noodles with beef brisket. Small portion with really common noodles cover by 4 pcs of beef. No taste nothing special noodles you can find anywhere in any street food in hk. Very disappointed.Second the eggplants. Nothing more than local eggplant cover from garlic. The only taste come out was garlic. No more.Third sweet and sour pork. It was good but nothing special as Michelin guide required. Taste was good with bell pepper and pineapple but really common.On the end the famous soup.The bring with scenic pot and they put last minute the rouge meat. Later give us time sand and ask us to wait. After ine and half time sand they come and they out the cover and said u can eat. Without doubt the taste was good classic sweet coconut soup with some sweet ingredient inside. Chicken was good quality but no taste since cooked last minute. The main point hear is, we are talking about Michelin guide restaurant, we except more than common coconut soup with chicken!!!Although we ask for soya milk cool since we saw in menu and they said: out of stock”!!! How can be!! The service was absolutely inadeguate for the Michelin guide restaurant since was no enough staff on the floor and we waiting for the steam rice 15 minutes!!Be restaurant recommended in the Michelin star you must respect the basic rules to stay there. 连续6年米芝莲推介,坐得舒服,环境唔错,午餐就试下佢个鳗鱼炒饭$69蚊包饮品,虽然要加一,但服务,环境唔错就由佢啦一试果然唔错,抵过番深圳食希望大家可以试下呢间,唔系卖广告,无收钱依家今时今日午餐几十蚊都好正常,但要有质素就唔多,呢间绝对有水准,唔好呃钱,唔好会后悔我本人深圳香港两地食,但深圳消费绝对唔系平,仲要时间车费等等,食材又无保证米芝莲推介果然唔错,绝对推介比朋友饮品都唔错,特别系杯薏米水,有诚意推介…Read More
