还是那一句,油塘其实现在居住的人口,绝对可以容纳一些更高质素的食肆,因为私人住宅越来越多,居民消费能力也高,而作为饭后必吃的港式甜品店,这里就只有两家,而这家霖记在大本营内,装修和外表看起来比另一家更为干净和企理。除了基本款式之外,这里主打的是芋圆,要芋圆真的做得不错,至少口感烟靭,份量多之余每粒芋圆也够大件,不会死甜。至于紫米有改善的空间,特别是其甜味可以咗自然一点,口感有点粗嚡。其他的雪糕及椰汁表现中规中矩,在这没有很多选择的情况下,这甜品店也算是可以,堂食的表现比外卖的更好。Yau Tong’s growing population, with increasing private housing and higher spending power, can support higher-quality eateries.
