I’ve been a loyal patron of this place for years (even witnessed two store relocations!) and the taste has remained consistently excellent. The portions are incredibly generous and honestly i am still amazed at the portion each time i go there, especially the beef chunks, which are HUGE and amazingly tender. The broth is rich, well-spiced, and deeply beefy, exactly how comfort food should be.The noodles are cooked to perfection. I’ve tried both the thick and thin options, and I definitely prefer the thick one, even though there’s an extra charge, which is a little disappointing.Another standout is the egg roll with pork floss. It’s so unique and unexpectedly good that I find myself thinking about it long after I’ve left. It’s rare to see a Taiwanese restaurant nail this dish, and they do it brilliantly. Highly recommend trying it when you visit!
