They had a leeky flavour. -Steamed Pork Rib with Black Bean SauceThe pork rib was nicely marinated, although some contained quite a bit of fat. -Steamed Brown Sugar Sponge Cake The cake was sweet and soft, and had a spongy texture. -Steamed Squid in Curry Sauce The squid was pleasantly chewy and thickly sliced. It blended well with the curry sauce. -Steamed Chicken Feet with Sauce The feet were tender and easy to bite. -Honeycomb Tripes in SauceThe tripes were flavourful, and the black pepper enhanced its savoury. -Ginger CakeDidn't try so not sure abt the taste. .The Chinese resto only charged HKD2 tea per person during afternoon tea hours.
