Despite the cramped spots and packed customers during lunch hours, I can see myself visiting this place more often in the future. We had to wait around 15 minutes till we got a seat, where we had to share a table with 1-2 random strangers nearby.The prices for each dish are relatively dish, and are accommodated with a drink with a small fee. We got two noodle dishes with different spice levels in order to test the variety in their broth. We were surprised with how many ingredients the bowl of noodles came with: hefty loads of bean sprouts, vegetables, spring onion, coriander, radish, mushrooms, etc. If only the meat they supplied were also just as much though haha. Overall, I was very impressed with the spice and seasoning of the broth, and it complemented and stuck to the noodles quite well. The dumplings that came with the dish was freshly made and packed wit flavor, tempting me to order even more for the table after the meal.
