日前同女朋友去左鲤鱼门三家村行下,经过码头码头见到有间叫「蟹仙海鲜蒸汽石锅」嘅餐厅,门口贴左好多名人嘅合照,而且装修比一般嘅海鲜餐厅精致,就决定喺度试下。餐厅Exactly就喺码头边,氛围相当Chill。另外,呢度嘅侍应生非常热情,仲会帮我地蒸海鲜,完全唔洗担心唔知道点样控制蒸海鲜嘅时间。我地两个人点左个$449尊贵海鲜套餐,非常丰富。以下系几款我印象比较深刻嘅食物:- 南非干鲍配香菇:鲍鱼同菇虽然size唔算大只,但两者嘅香味相得益彰。- 韩国釜山野生鳗鱼:我第一次食蒸鳗鱼,估唔到蒸鳗鱼嘅肉质系咁鲜美,正!- 菲律宾奄仔蟹:蟹膏饱满,蟹肉鲜甜。店员蒸得刚刚好,根本无需要加酱油,味道都已经好突出。- 野生琵琶龙虾:第一次食呢样海鲜。店员介绍话比较罕有,因为水质要好好,呢啲琵琶龙虾先可以生存到。最欣赏佢肉质弹牙,每一口都充满海的鲜味,可惜肉比较少,太好食唔够喉呀!- 太平洋野生青口:好新鲜,而且肉质饱满,同自助餐食开嘅青口无得比!- 加拿大海虎虾:全餐饭其中一个亮点,因为虾肉肉质超级鲜甜,而且够晒大只!- 秘制蟹皇酱元贝:蟹黄酱令原本已经好鲜甜嘅元贝味道层次更加分明,惊喜不已。- 雪燕椰汁糖水:清爽可口,完美地为这顿美食画上句号。

今日再次到访另一间蟹仙,呢间分店喺鲤鱼门三家村, 舖头地方好阔落,而且仲有超级靓海景,对住个海睇住日落食海鲜,不是梦!呢间既蒸海鲜有一定水准保证!而且亦有职员专心帮我哋蒸,令我地可以好好享受食物!今日同朋友食尊贵海鲜套餐 一共10款海鲜($449每位)秘制原只南非干鲍前菜先嚟一个南非干鲍,鲍鱼都好有口感! 然后开始有职员帮我哋蒸海鲜!野生膏仔蟹蟹膏好多,食落甘香又好鲜甜!太平洋馒头蟹啖啖肉,肉质鲜美!野生琵琶龙虾肉质爽口,龙虾头仲有好多膏!冇点什何汁食,因为够晒鲜甜!大西洋野生青口充满海水鲜味,好鲜!青口大大只,唔使点汁已经好好味!加拿大野生虎虾肉质结实大只,清楚带甜!仲好多虾膏!韩国釜山蚝海水味重,唔使点酱油食,蚝本身已够哂咸鲜味!新鲜新鲜!纽西兰刀贝蚌刀贝蚌肥大肉厚,咬落口感非常!带有海水嘅鲜味!冇点任何酱汁!黄金翡翠螺好弹牙,好有咬口感!好新鲜!有机蔬菜篮包括粟米,娃娃菜 ,生菜!海鲜粥蒸气锅既嘅精华!全部都系海鲜既精华!滴下滴下到底层,粥底质感浓,够味够绵!甜品-椰汁炖雪燕雪燕份量都几多,每啖都食到好多雪燕!好足料!

我们这晚来到鲤鱼门三家村里的蟹仙吃我们最爱的海鲜🦞餐🥰😍,我们点了刁钻海鲜套餐($768),有前菜蟹皇青瓜和海哲,有接近10款海鲜可以吃🤩,包括罕有黄膏肉蟹、冰镇原只龙虾、加拿大野生海虎虾、冰镇英格兰带子、野生琵琶龙虾、八头南非鲍鱼、韩国斧山珍珠蚝、纽西兰刀贝蚌、蟹皇大元贝、有机蔬菜篮,还有猪骨海鲜粥,最后还有椰汁🥥雪燕糖水,好丰富啊!🤤烟花🧨刺身拼盘🧊,我们这个冻盘有冰镇英格兰带子和冰镇原只龙虾,刺身超级新鲜,带子原粒鲜甜弹牙,龙虾刺身同样爽口鲜甜,想不到拼盘的卖相如此精致, 龙虾头十分新鲜,眼睛还眨呀眨,吃这个刺身拼盘的话,店员还会帮忙放枝小烟花🎆,仪式感满满呢~😚由于这里的海鲜真的非常新鲜,充满海水🌊咸鲜味,店员也告诉我们蒸熟后不用蘸任何调味料🧂,直接吃就已经很好吃了!😙清蒸龙虾又是无敌爆新鲜,😛放上蒸炉时,半只龙虾还跟我们「say hello」,新鲜生猛鲜甜弹牙天然美味~😋蟹皇大元贝,大大粒元贝、满满蟹皇在元贝上面,好吸引~😗😋特别喜欢吃这里的鲍鱼,👍🏻除了新鲜厚身弹牙外,这里的鲍鱼品种也较为独特,南非红宝石孔雀鲍鱼产自大西洋和印洋交界的南非西开普地区,单单一只已经含有20种氨基酸,高蛋白质、维持钾钠平衡、去水肿功效~😮😝原来鲍鱼除了味道及口感丰富,还含有很高营养价值。低卡路里、低脂肪、高蛋白质,及含丰富铁、碘、硒、钙等微量营养素,有助维持免疫力呢,多吃一点也不怕呢!🤗这里的蟹种也十分罕见,罕有黄膏肉蟹的罕有程度是一万只里只有几十只😲,牠的特性是肉蟹鲜味而肉实,同时亦有香浓黄膏,绝对系蟹中霸主啊!🦀😆来到蟹仙,一定要试试这里特有的海鲜!☺️这里近著码头,位置一流,黄昏🌇日落时分来氛围感满满!❤️Info店名:蟹仙海鲜蒸气石碢地址:油塘鲤鱼门崇信街三家村渡轮码头东翼

Tucked away in the East Wing of Sam Ka Tsuen Ferry Pier at Shung Shun Street, this branch of Crab Fairy caught our attention for its spectacular waterfront location. Through an OpenRice special offer, we secured the Exquisite Seafood Set at HK$449 (plus an additional $60 welcome discount) – a significant reduction from its original $899 price tag.The restaurant's location is its first striking feature – perched by the water, diners enjoy meals with expansive sea views that create the illusion of dining aboard a ship. The outdoor area, reminiscent of a traditional ship's deck, provides excellent photo opportunities. ***The restaurant's design presents an interesting paradox. The owner's dedication to creating a unique dining space is evident in the meticulous attention to decorative details. However, the interior design presents an interesting contrast – an attempt to blend Japanese elements with rustic countryside aesthetics that, while ambitious, doesn't quite achieve cohesion.The dining concept itself aims high, structured as a fine-dining experience with individually timed course presentations. Each dish arrives separately, orchestrated by attentive staff – a thoughtful approach that raises expectations for an elegant meal. However, this carefully crafted experience met an unexpected challenge in the form of a boisterous neighbouring table. In the intimate, enclosed dining space, their enthusiasm became impossible to ignore, creating a stark contrast to the refined service style. This clash between the intended ambiance and reality somewhat diminished our enjoyment of the carefully timed presentations.The Crab Roe Fish Skin is a crunchy and must-have snack to start the meal. The DIY sauce station adds a nice interactive element to the meal, letting diners customise flavours to their preference. You can craft your own personalised dipping sauce by selecting from an array of condiments.The food quality presents its own set of contrasts. The meal opens strongly with impressively fresh Canadian Wild Spot Prawns Sashimi and New Zealand Scallop Sashimi. However, as the courses progressed, we encountered some inconsistencies. The Busan Wild Spot Eel crossed the line into overcooked territory, while the oysters carried a noticeable fishy taste that suggested less-than-optimal freshness. The Wild Crab and Cordyceps Flower Sliced Chicken, however, demonstrated the kitchen's capabilities at their best.Here's where the price point becomes crucial to the overall assessment. At the heavily discounted rate we paid, these imperfections become much more forgivable. The value proposition shifts significantly in the diner's favour, making it easier to overlook the restaurant's shortcomings. Had we paid full price, our expectations and subsequent disappointments might have weighed more heavily.The service remains a consistent bright spot, with staff showing genuine warmth and attentiveness throughout our meal. Their thoughtful gestures, like offering to take photos and extra explanations, add welcome personal touches to the experience.
