很久没有食螺蛳粉,慕名而来。餐厅环境尚可,点了招牌螺蛳粉,怕不够饱,加了招牌炸弹,卤水猪肉。招牌炸蛋入口尚可,外松内脆,但酸咸味淡,我一开始只是觉得有些差强人意。到食粉的时候,感觉汤和粉完全分离,粉根本没有任何螺蛳粉的感觉,连“臭味”都没。而粉也很一般,既不爽也不滑。卤水猪肉和腐竹卷料太少,并且其他配料也少得可怜,根本不知道如果是不点它们的话,究竟所谓“招牌”螺蛳粉是不是只有汤和粉。汤底越食越辣,空调越吹越凉。我竟然在一个餐馆食出冰火两重天感觉,可惜这不是什么快感,而是失望和难受。Read More
