After my sunny stroll along the Aldrich Bay, I felt too hot to handle myself (if you know, I'm a heaty person) so I grabbed the most HK-style remedy to cure me: HERBAL TEA! If you haven't drunk any, come here, because this shop is a neighbourhood gem in Eastern district. Right next to the tramway, old vintage wooden seatings, glass tanks with giant glittery scaled fish, together at the storefront: jugs and glasses of freshly poured herbal teas. My pick: A blend of antioxidizing and revitalising bamboo canes, horseshoe baimao roots. Tasted moderately sweet, not earthy, easy to drink, and was just right for anyone who sweated a lot. For my family: Hemp seed and almond drink to help them with their bowels and digestion, this one tasted smooth, roasty and almost like a dessert soup.
