静静地揾个地方倾下计,简单食啲嘢,老best聚会就拣咗呢间已经开咗70年(香港开咗27年)怀旧餐厅🥰餐厅系用咗深木色为主,怀旧得嚟非常干净,皮革依然保持得好好,而且空间感十足🪑点好餐会先上暖暖法包,配佢哋嘅牛油🧈真系一绝Sizzling crabs cakes 🦀呢个蟹饼系佢哋必点之一,上菜个阵仲听到滋滋声蟹饼外面有小小脆,直落一啖饼里面肉好多,而且好弹,牛油溶咗系好香😋我欣赏佢哋用类似一个网袋包起旧柠檬,成件事好优雅😆16oz ribeyes 🥩with 4 shrimp 🍤 佢哋用嘅系USDA Prime cut,今次食嘅系medium,一上菜不得了,爆香,闻到番西同牛油味已经留口水🤤 虾正常水准重点系本身店员会俾只热碟俾你,当你将块牛放落碟会稍微加加个热度,块牛软身,入口个下无得输。记得快啲影完相唔好讲嘢住,真系要快啲食,由于只碟持续有温度系度,慢慢牛肉就有7成,点熟度嘅时候要留意😉Steak fries 🍟 好特别嘅粗薯条,落咗啲rosemary,非常浓厚Cheese 🧀 berries唔系讲笑,真系要大赞呢个蛋糕,真系有惊喜🤩 唔系平时食开嘅纽约芝士风,上面系铺咗乳酪,真系好丰富,饼底唔会过硬,每层都好平均,就系啱啱好,一啲都唔会腻,搞到好想点埋其他蛋糕食Chocolate cake我系Openrice订位,原来有写明生日嘅话,餐厅会根据当日有嘅惊喜款出,可以写到字,我哋今餐就食到朱古力蛋糕,又系好出色,即使比例上唔多朱古力,都已经好浓🫣 最最最开心系餐厅同我哋影咗一张相即晒返俾我哋做纪念😍 要大赞呢度服务一流,好多提议,我最欣赏够老实,佢真心同你讲边样相对上好食👍🏻 整体体验好好,欣赏每一道菜嘅惊喜

第三次到尖沙咀茹丝葵就餐。每一次都很期待,但这次实在是失望而归。母亲喜欢吃扒,母亲节带家人到茹丝葵,打算大快朵颐。$900大洋的ribeye吃了三分一便无法再咽下,难以想像。5成熟的肉眼排肉质极粗糙,多筋多肥肉。母亲问我,为什么要用人均千元去吃普通茶餐厅质素的牛排,无言以对⋯⋯侍应服务态度极好,环境依然相当优美,但这次是最后一次到茹丝葵进餐了,实在无比失望⋯⋯

Normally, our visits here set us back over $1,000 each, so this is a delightful treat! 💖.The menu kicks off with your choice of starter: the classic steakhouse salad, mouthwatering carpaccio, or the comforting soup of the day. Don’t miss the chance to add on their Sizzlin Blue Crab Cakes—they’re packed with crab meat and utterly delicious! 🦀✨.For the main course, you can choose from a petite filet, salmon filet, or stuffed chicken breast. I highly recommend upgrading your steak—after all, Ruth’s Chris is famous for its incredible steaks! We opted for the tender 8 oz filet with fresh shrimp and the 12 oz ribeye. Each bite melts in your mouth, and they arrive on sizzling buttered plates to keep everything warm! 🔥🥩 To complement your steak, you can choose between creamy mashed potatoes or delicious creamed spinach..And for dessert, you can indulge in ice cream or upgrade to my all-time favorite—the homemade cheesecake! 🍰 It’s perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, with a delightful crunch from the crust..The service at Ruth’s Chris is always top-notch! 🌟 I can’t recommend this place enough—be sure to check it out during Restaurant Week!

情人节去了Ruth’s Chris 食个午餐,拎左支La cases 1982配块Porterhouse,相当满意。个份量好大,其实分四个人食都够。拍片。切出嚟有八件,而且非常厚身。Crabcake两件都相当有份量,好好食好香。因为自己带酒冇认真睇过Wine List,所以对wine list个part冇乜特别意见。总括嚟讲服务都相当好,冇特别要求窗边位都专登俾咗个corner窗边位我哋。情人节午餐首选,因为唔系好多扒房有开中午。

主要是餐厅职员服务10分好,职员也好细心,有些我们认为小的问题无关紧要的事都留意到,例如因为朋友生日饭,所以我花多了时间拍照,用来食牛扒的碗碟本来热腾腾的,因为我们拍照关系☺️碟已经不再热了,他们也会主动提供服务,帮我们更换一个新的热腾腾碗碟,还不停提醒我们们小心烫手,这又太细心啦吧😆整体食物也不错👍🏻有套餐、有单点,我们三个女的,怕点三个套餐会太多吃不完餐厅也很好,不会勉强我们三个人必须点三个套餐所以只点了两个套餐,已经饱到傻😆🍌香蕉甜品实在太正🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻我们三人都说这一间餐厅是会想再来的,亦都想推介给身边的朋友
