美心皇宮 (信德中心)

We went to Maxim’s Palace (Shun Tak Centre) for the first time for a Mid-Autumn Festival dinner, and honestly, it was such a disappointment. The service was  from start to finish, all the waiters seemed completely inattentive. We had to keep waving for attention, and even then, no one came to help for several minutes.The dishes came out painfully slow. The Cantonese egg noodles, which we asked to be served earlier because they were for the kids, took 30 minutes to arrive! To make it worse, the staff who took our order gave us the wrong information — we were told there wouldn’t be any fuzzy melon in one dish, but it showed up full of it.We understand it was a busy festive evening, but what really shocked us was that when most of the customers had already left, and we were the only table left in the corner, the waiters just ignored us and started tidying up for the next day instead of checking on us. It felt like they just wanted us to hurry up and leave.Very disappointing experience overall. We expected much better service from Maxim’s, given their long-standing reputation. 别管了，真的很爱吃鲍汁凤爪每次必点！🐓肥糯的凤爪被蒸的软啪啪的，在嘴里一呡即化，只留下油脂的香、酱汁的甜和一嘴的小骨头🍖🥩叉烧有点肥，但很香甜好吃鲍汁荷叶饭自带荷叶的清香🪷，糯叽叽的糯米和紧实的鸡肉合二为一，你中有我我中有你，既有酱香又有清香，还很饱肚子🍚吃完这顿再说吧…查看更多

今日星期六特登去这间美心皇宫，因为他们是周末或日才有百花炸蟹钳，这是第一次食，之前平日去吃唔到。果然味道不错，$56 三件尚算合理。煎酿三宝热辣辣，其中四件用虾胶酿，两件用鱼肉个汁做得不错不会太油腻👍环境宽敞坐得很舒服，值得推介😁…查看更多

因妈妈生日，我们一家三口一同往「美心皇宫」饮茶当庆祝。职员过来落完单之后，并没有吃早餐的我们已经饿到没有耐性，便告知职员和部长。岂料在美心集团的酒楼竟然得到公共屋邨酒楼也未必得到的对待，呼喝我们再等一下。撇开有冇吃早餐的状况，在酒楼饮茶，等半小时仍未有其中一项点心来到合理吗？作为美心集团楼面职员的，对著客人追单不是应该答「我再帮你追一追」而并不是「嚟饮茶系要等吓㗎啦！」其实最不专业的，就是cashier的女职员。明明是她落漏咗订单，却坚持不认错，黑著嘴脸向著我们。本来是这「美心皇宫」粉丝的我们一家，自昨天的经历之后暂时不会再光顾。…查看更多
