粥粉麵飯

以往住在浅水湾的我, 当年入住的时候the pulse商场还在兴建中, 如今已经发展完善了这里大部份都是西式餐厅为主, 中式餐厅好像只有这间了, 几乎是独市生意吧假日会在店门前提供外卖鸡蛋仔($38), 这个收费是外间的一倍, 味道却叫人失望, 并没有传统鸡蛋仔的蛋香味道:(点了杨州炒饭($108), 饭的比例绝对比配料多很多, 像是在吃白饭一样的口感, 多几旧叉烧粒是否真的这么亏本呢??椒盐鸡软骨($78), 这个相比前者较好, 新鲜炸起带少许油腻感, 椒盐味香虾多士($78), 干争争的多士并没有提供沙律酱, 像炸了粉团般, 没有任何味道可言店员亦是dog friendly的, 如果有带狗狗的朋友们可以选择坐近门口, 狗狗可以一同坐在门外, 由于可能我带同狗狗一起入座, 店员的态度亦友善有礼:)希望店家能改善一下卫生问题总结而言, 二人共消费了四百多, 豪宅区地段的收费; 茶餐厅的质素, 你懂的…查看更多

每次去浅水湾都会帮衬他们，服务态度又好，食物水准又高，环境又开扬舒适。一个非常西化的海边环境有美味广东民间菜式选择，很好呢！今次我们叫了：窝蛋牛肉粥 - 粥底好绵，牛肉好滑，还有我最爱的生鸡蛋，可能沙门士菌的原因，所以而家好少有以窝蛋做的送菜猪润粥 - 啲猪润好滑无渣烧鹅髀 - 好肥美肉质幼嫩，卖相又靓，好好味酥炸白饭鱼 - 鱼唔够干身，炸粉薄啲更好，但送啤酒一流因为今日系只系食下午茶，未能叫多两三样食物，他们还有地道的鸡蛋仔，下次一定要试下。…查看更多

It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten at Meen & Rice. Although the decor and menu are getting old, the food still provides me with Sunday comfort. The Char Siu rice is still on point along with the rest of the meal as shown in my photos. A friend recommended this place and brought us all the way to Repulse Bay for afternoon tea on a super sunny day. The restaurant is overlooking the very pretty beach under the very beautiful blue sky!There were 4 of us and we ordered a few items.The congee with beef and egg was so tasteless that we had to add a lot of pepper to make it taste better. It was so pricey!The shrimp cheung fun was ok with nothing special. Not cheap.This beef briskets and beef tendon tasted good.The cold soy bean milk was also quite delicious. I had two. Also ordered shrimp dumplings, pork liver and pork feet. These items had nothing special.The most special thing of the meal was that we bumped into 3 artists! 可能平时自由行多，店员受了不少气，恶性循环令店员态度不太好，那种凶凶的眼神，把整店的气氛推至最低点。因为第一来到，欲知何种食物是招牌菜，冒着被凶的风险，问店员何种出品最好吃？答案就是叉烧饭。老实说，因为是浅水湾，除了是游客区之余，餐厅数目又是有限，难得有间平民餐厅，还有叉烧饭，总算是一件开心事。价钱一点也不便宜，游客区冇计，饭的份量总算多，可平衡一下消费者的心态，味道不至于很好吃，但也不是难吃，来一次便ok，希望店主能为店员改善态度，扭转坏气氛。…查看更多
