当日晚上没有甚么人流，不用等位，点了碎牛皮蛋粥，炸两及滑牛粥，10分钟上菜，在粥底方面着实绵滑加上配料的份量十分充足，两者比例方面是3比1左右，碎牛皮蛋粥内有大半只皮蛋的份量，加上碎牛分量丰富，粥与粥料混合后几乎是每一口粥都有牛肉的状态，然后滑牛粥的牛肉着实嫩滑而没有血水味，是经过松肉粉处理的牛肉，配上姜丝更加容易入口，而且对身体有益，容易吸收。配上可以任洒芝麻的炸两，温热的肠粉皮包裹香脆油炸鬼，用油炸鬼吸收绵粥，是一份饱足感十足又便宜的晚餐。…Read More
