旺角女人街最近开了一间米线专门店,经常其门如市,午餐时段更座无虚席,幸好我早到,不用等位。餐厅装修简约,光洁整齐。餐牌主推各款米线,除基本材料外,还可以追加多款𩠌料,更可自选汤底。「牛魔王小锅米线」顾名思义,当然是牛肉为主,有牛筋丸、牛舌尖、卤水牛舌筋、美国肥牛,自选鸡骨汤底。用铁锅热焫焫上枱,以保持温度令肉食柔软,而为了防止烫手,外面加上精美藤篮,认真贴心。牛舌和牛舌筋卤得入味,肉质腍软可口,牛筋丸爽口弹牙,口感不错。另追加:木耳、滑鱼片、芫茜饺。木耳爽口,鱼片鲜甜,芫茜饺大大只,皮薄馅料足,加上芫茜香味,实在令人惊喜。米线滑溜,蔫靭口感,配合每天新鲜熬制浓鸡汤,非常惹味,每一口汤都喝出烹调诚意。「杂锦小锅米线」原锅奉上,浓蕃茄汤上有片片新鲜蕃茄,馅料有鱼蛋、贡丸、牛筋丸、墨鱼丸、蟹柳、红肠、猪皮、肥牛、卤水猪颈肉等港式集锦。另追加:韭菜、芫茜饺。墨鱼丸及贡丸鲜味弹牙,猪颈肉卤得入味,蕃茄汤酸甜口感,又是另一番滋味。这里的汤和米线可以无限添加,但一锅铺满𩠌料的米线,已经大满足,不需要再添了!小食「新疆鸡翼」炸得香口,皮脆肉嫩,加上孜然粉,微辣惹味,是必叫的小食。一边听著怀旧粤语金曲,一边享用地道港式美食,感觉时光倒流。

行女人街千祈唔好错过,入嚟「米真鲜」食返碗特色米线。我们点选三款米线:怀旧四宝*牛魔王*杂锦*两款高汤:鸡骨汤~熬出的汤,凊甜鲜美,质感顺滑。蕃茄汤~满满浓郁鲜茄味道,开胃有益。小锅米线款式多,材料足,米线爽滑,配高质上汤吃,实在令人回味无穷。而且米线免费添加,唔惊会食唔饱!配菜多~芫茜*酸菜*木耳丝*腐竹*芽菜*添香,添味。所有米线用铁锅盛戴保持温度,以避免肉食冻左会变硬,铁锅外的藤蓝除了也有保温作用,更保护我们避免烫亲。新疆鸡翼~香脆味美。韭菜鸭血~鸭血爽滑带少许烟靱,酱汁做得非常好,清香麻辣,怕辣的我也可接受。

识我的朋友都知道我十分喜爱吃米线,最近得知旺角开了这一间新开的米线,一于前往试一试。餐厅以木系为主,配上特别的字句,简约且温馨。 餐厅的职员非常友善,会主动提供围裙,亦会很好笑容。这种好客之道,令人十分喜悦。餐厅每天都会去街市取材,烹调当日的米线,用料非常新鲜,且用心。 最后叫了以下食物。 1.招牌牛魔王小锅米线($64)牛筋 x 麻辣牛舌尖x 卤水牛舌筋x美国肥牛x 配鸡骨汤这道米线的汤底香醇,每天熬制4小时以上嘅鸡骨浓汤。鸡骨汤的鲜味十足与牛筋、麻辣牛舌的丰富口感完美融合,每一口都充满肉香。2.招牌小锅米线($33)手工藤椒鸡肉丸 x 卤水猪软骨 x 手工韭菜饺 x 藤椒汤这碗米线的手工藤椒鸡肉丸十分弹牙,且口感丰富,推介。卤水猪软骨炆得非常软嫩且入味,搭配自己每天包制的手工韭菜饺,有家的味道。藤椒汤带有微微的麻感,亦有甜味,非常好饮,饮到要再加汤。3.新疆鸡翼($24/3 只)这道鸡翼外皮酥脆,肉质鲜嫩,用上孜然粉等香料调味,非常入味及惹味。4.麻辣海蜇云耳拍青瓜($28/全份)海蜇与云耳爽脆,青瓜清新,麻辣酱汁的香气扑鼻而来,令人食指大动。整体口感清爽,非常开胃。5.尖椒滑嘟嘟皮蛋($22/全份)这道皮蛋的口感滑顺,搭配尖椒的香辣,让人感受到丰富的层次感。这家米线店的菜品多样而美味,每道菜都展现了新鲜的食材与用心的制作,特别适合喜爱汤底的食客。无论是主食还是小食,都让人感受到浓厚的人情味,值得回访!
