近来经常过海,湾仔更是往日工作之地,因此若情况许可也会在附近找过往有好感的食肆用膳。以往经常满座的情况似乎有所改变 ,以现时的市况大概也是如此。虾饺皮厚薄适中兼带靭性,可惜调味过于重手掩盖了虾的鲜味。鲜鱿如同虾饺,「师傅」下得有点重手,令味道千篇一律。灌汤饺的皮与记忆中的稍为不同,传统的黄皮变了白面皮,少了韧性但比较柔软。从相片可知,饺内没有灌入满满汤汁,反而跟印像中的传统灌汤饺十分相似。雪山叉烧包上枱时大概是新鲜出炉,因此十分松软,叉烧馅咸甜适中,只是略嫌有点小贵。三宝肠是牛肉、叉烧及鲜虾。一碟肠粉有三种不同配料十分划算,而且三种食材都尝出各自的本味,肠粉也拉得柔软是本次午茶的最佳点心。Read More
