位于荃湾地铁上盖,地点方便,不过好多人,要早少少去排队。环境算ok,随心试一吓日式烧肉的不错选择。“一人烧肉”店以为系一人一炉,原来太多数都系两人一炉,见啲炉都冇特别会清洗,相信系每日收工后先会大洗一转,呢方面有待改善。烧肉选料尚算新鲜,肉质同口感唔错,佢哋自家调制嘅酱料,都几好味。除咗烧肉,餐厅亦有寿司同刺身不同套餐,下次都可以试吓。整体来讲,价格唔算贵,唔想屋企搅太多嘢,唔打算坐得耐,快食快闪,仍然值得烤肉爱好者一试。…Read More

未帮衬过堂食,反而试咗外卖先😂APP写住20分钟等候时间,差唔多时间先去餐厅攞,都即刻拎到;一打开发现明显系整好15分钟以上,连饭/汤都唔热😅泡菜又超少,得3小块😃我拣咗3款,牛五花、牛板腱、牛舌各50g牛舌好硬🙂又剪到好细块另外两款都唔识分,不过几好食嘅,软身有牛味,点埋酱都好惹味,但系份量好少,食完都无饱嘅感觉🥲紫菜饭系食唔晒嘅,净返少少,嗌咗300g有点多;紫菜甜甜地加埋饭一齐食OK汤好油,微暖白饭微暖贵+唔饱+微暖=无下次吖

同两个朋友行旺角,到咗晏昼唔知食咩好, 其中一个朋友提议话去食一人烧肉, 佢话又平又抵食, 一行三人就走咗去食烧肉啦~入到去睇个餐牌,又真系几平, 套餐包一碗饭、 一碗汤、 一个前菜同埋一碟肉, 最平嘅套餐都系四十令蚊~我哋叫咗一个200 g嘅牛五花套餐、 一个200 g嘅牛五花猪五花双拼套餐、 一个牛小排牛板肩双拼套餐, 另外仲追加左几份肉同埋牛舌~佢哋𠮶度啲肉可以拣盐烧、 汁烧同埋蒜蓉, 即系啲肉食系用咩汁做腌料, 我哋叫既肉拣咗汁烧同盐烧~虽然价钱唔贵但啲肉既质素一啲都唔差, 牛五花同猪五花就有啲似平时打边炉嘅普通肥牛同猪腩片, 但唔知点解, 啲牛五花比起平时打边炉嘅肥牛个质地软身啲, 烧熟咗又唔会柴~牛板肩嘅肉味最浓郁, 但系肉质就比较实, 牛小排算系果到最贵既肉食之一, 质地有啲似肉眼, 脂肪分布好平均, 烧起嚟最有油香~牛舌我就觉得改得太薄, 食起上嚟冇乜口感, 佢哋本来仲有一款厚嘅牛舌,但系好似卖晒, 所以叫咗普通牛舌~另外佢跟𠮶个汤系海带汤, 清清地都几好,可以解油腻~啱啱睇到舖头里边有啲广告写星期一至五中午12点至三点白饭任装, 五点至六点入座有七五折, 可惜今日去系四点几, 两个优惠都食唔到~…Read More
