Visited this yoshoku Japanese resto, which is the sister resto of Camper's, in Fortress Hill for dinner with my friend..We ordered the following dishes to share:-Mentaiko Carbonara with Garlic Butter Hiroshima OysterThe pasta was coated with an extremely savoury mentaiko sauce, yet the carbonara sauce was not that prominent. It was served with 4 grilled oysters, which were plump and fresh, and the garlic butter enhanced the aroma of the dish.-Japanese Hamburger Steak Bolognese Curry RiceThe hamburger steak was juicy and tender, and the fried lotus root slice was as crispy as potato chips. The moderately spicy curry sauce, with a hint of sweetness, was mixed with minced meat and carrot, complementing the hamburger well.-Aburi Yaki Brulee with Cheese CakeThe waitress torched the cake on the spot until the surface turned slightly crispy, creating a caramelised effect. The cake featured layers of smooth and creamy rare cheese cake, followed by baked cheese cake with a firmer texture, all resting on a solid and buttery walnut tart. Each bite revealed the complexity of the dessert.Our main also included Veggie Soup and Mugi Cha.
