Dinner organised by A for the October birthday stars.松露锅贴明虾 Got to be one of the best prawn toasts that I have had this year. Nice balanced amount of prawn crowned on the most wafer-like toast. Terrific start of the meal. 椒盐田鸡腿 The batter was slightly thicker than I would like but the seasoning was on point. 麻香海蜇蜜汁黑豚肉叉烧 very tender and had a nice caramelised exterior.皇牌大红乳猪全体 To me, this remains to be the top Barbecued Suckling Pig in town. Pig skin was wafer thin and has the nicest crackling. Pig knuckles were beautifully charred with a pleasant charcoal aroma.生炆黄皮老虎斑腩菜胆上汤浸鸡 This was a surprise for me. Usually I prefer ordering Crispy Chicken 脆皮鸡 but A ordered it saying we have ordered a lot of fried dishes already. A very nice silky, luscious textured chicken. Loved also the mustard leaves which are in season.酥脆咕噜肉 Another one that easily topped the charts. One of the best sweet and sour pork that I have had recently. Perfect seasoning and execution. Particularly loved that they had the bone in the pork removed which made the consumption process all the more delightful. Kudos to the thoughtfulness of the chef.柱候牛筋腩煲Desserts: 鲜芒果冻布甸, 蛋黄莲蓉寿桃包, 蛋白生磨杏仁茶, 远年陈皮红豆沙. Server recommended the mango pudding and it was certainly a wow for us.
