My favorite is the one in North Point, which has always provided an impressive dining experience. Hoping to change my mind about the Tseung Kwan O branch, which I found just average on my first visit, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, my perception remains the same, and the revisit was quite disappointing.I ordered the daily special: a Maguro Toro Rice Bowl Deluxe Set for HK$240. The set was visually appealing, featuring a colorful assortment of sashimi arranged over the rice. It was served with a side of cold vinegar jelly, which was quite good when mixed into the rice. A nice touch was saving some rice at the end to make ochazuke (tea rice) with the provided fish soup, which was kept warm in a thermos. However, the soup was only lukewarm, not hot, and cooled down quickly when poured over the rice. It also had a slightly fishy taste.As for the sashimi itself, the bowl included tuna, uni, maguro, toro, egg, and more. While the presentation was excellent and the ingredients seemed fresh, I prefer my sashimi to be served very cold. Placing it directly on the warm rice made it slightly warm, which I found altered the texture and flavor in a way I didn't enjoy.A few other notes: like some other locations, this branch does not have its own restroom; customers must use the mall facilities. The mall offers a car park with free parking based on a minimum spending requirement. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and conveniently located near Hang Hau MTR Station (Exit A1). They do not charge a cake-cutting fee, but a corkage fee is applied; this can be waived if you order sake from their menu.查看更多

还好的寿司饭 海街丼 (将军澳)地址: 将军澳坑口重华路8号东港城1楼186号舖人均消费: $101至$200海街丼的鱼生寿司饭,是我较常吃到的一家,因为位置相当方便,除了在办公室附近之外,东九龙区也有两家,如果比较这个价位的寿司,还是鱼生饭更合我心意,至少不用害怕师傅握寿司握得不好,吃得狼狈又不太尽兴。这里最特别的是醋汁啫喱,想调配寿司饭的酸度,可以用它然后慢慢溶化,这样不会影响到饭的口感,同时酸度也能调节得比较平均,这点值得称赞。可惜的是,刺身的质素,特别是吞拿鱼的水准有点下降,赤身腥味较重,中拖罗的筋也未完全去掉,要加点努力,毕竟香港有质素的连锁鱼生寿司饭,就是这里以及Doraya。The sashimi sushi rice at Umikaze is one of my favorites due to its convenient location. Besides being near my office, there are two branches in East Kowloon. Compared to sushi at this price point, I prefer sashimi rice since I don’t have to worry about the chef’s sushi-making skills, allowing for a more enjoyable experience. A unique feature here is the vinegar jelly, which helps adjust the rice’s acidity without affecting its texture, providing a balanced flavor. Unfortunately, the quality of the sashimi has declined, especially the tuna, which has a stronger fishy taste, and some sinew remains in the medium fatty tuna. More effort is needed to maintain quality, as good chain options for sashimi sushi rice in Hong Kong are limited to this place and Doraya.查看更多

咁啱 同屋企系附近 行到铺外睇到 我爸又钟意食日本刺身丼所以夜晚拣咗入去食个时唔算多人入到去职员好热情 推介可以谂套餐 抵但我妈有啲都唔食 费时当日 叫咗 焰烧三文鱼带子丼卖相系几好 都有鲜味饭都唔系大份量 但ok嘅海宝丼 特上卖相摆得靓 都多料食落都鲜 好食嘅两款都配 可食完3分一就倒佢有个自家制汤倒入饭再食都夹嘅 好食嘅😋豚肉生姜烧丼正常豚肉丼 冇咩特别饮品都系正常 加餐 甜品仔都还好啦但觉得性价比唔系超高所以会觉得值得一试 试过就算嘅感觉查看更多

今晚7:30pm 入座,首先店内有好多空枱,店员都叫我地系门口等一阵先安排入座之后有位女服务员帮忙点餐,叫左个一人套餐 同滑蛋猪扒饭之后我目测都仲有2-3 台客入座 咁我地等左10分钟左右,滑蛋猪扒饭就上左菜,再等左10分钟后,我既一人餐仲未见任何一样食物上菜🤐🫥我发现系我隔离台(迟过我地入座既)既2人套餐都系我等左25分钟既时候上哂菜 😑😑好戏黎啦,我同店员跟进,帮我点餐既女侍应系咁好忙碌咁唔知做d 咩 😶‍🌫️😓完全无帮忙跟进,系我等左35~40分钟既时候,我见隔离台既客人上哂菜加差唔多就食完既状态,先比左个汤,沙拉同甜品(主菜都未上🙂‍↕️🫤😑🫨)最后系45分钟之后我叫既鱼生饭先上菜,我同左女侍应讲,你系唔系无落单😵‍💫😵‍💫佢即时好大反应回应:一定唔系 我有落💀之后佢仲拎张落单既时间record 再同我讲一次其实做服务性行业,第一无认真处理客人既情况,二 态度极有问题,第三 最后连200几蚊既套餐小食都无上到比我。收咁既价钱 咁既服务态度,唔怪得饮食业生意咁差。我真系经历一生人最差既用餐经验 🥵🥵🤬🤬🤯🤯😡😡建议真系一生人一定唔会再去呢间餐厅,建议大家去之前都要三思。比钱买难受仲要无服务可言食物质数好一般🤬🤬🤬🥵🥵😡😡🥶🥶🤯🤯😓😓😓😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤😤🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨查看更多

突然想吃鱼生饭, 想起了东港城有一间日本餐厅一直很想尝, 便拉著老公一起餐厅十分有日本的味道,  我们被服务员安排再卡位上, 十分宽敞又舒适厨师精选鱼生饭$280端上桌的鱼生饭,令人目不转睛。一碗满满的新鲜生鱼片铺满了整碗饭,包含了三种不同的肥味拖罗、玉子和我最爱的海胆。服务员在上菜时细心地向我们介绍了吃食的方式。其中一种方法是将醋变成啫喱状,并根据个人口味混入饭中一起享用,鲜甜的鱼生加上寿司饭和醋啫喱,这种独特吃法令人惊喜。当吃到饭碗里剩下三分之一的时候,我们便按照服务员的指示,将三款不同的配料倒入饭中,再加上鲜鱼汤,让整碗饭变成了茶渍饭。这样一来,米饭吸收了鱼汤的精华,带来了浓郁的鲜美滋味,令人回味无穷。滑蛋猪扒丼金黄色的炸猪扒淋上顺滑的滑蛋汁加上白饭,散发出诱人的香气,每一口猪扒都是卜卜脆,十分嫩滑多肉汁,滑蛋香浓湿润,其中还有洋葱,蛋汁完美渗透到饭中还带点洋葱香味,都让人不断赞叹查看更多
