So altogether $282.5 per head.9-course lunch included:烟熏流心蛋: OK松露脆皮猪: piggy-like dimsum, but not much truffle flavour. 香辣避风塘烧卖: deep fried siu mai with slightly spicy flavour. Quite Aberdeen style indeed.波士极品灌汤饺: very good indeed! The dumpling wrapping was super thin! There were loads of ingredients. Soup was clear and yummy!熊猫鸡包仔: Cute! But wrapping so thick with little ingredients.大澳艇家虾酱炸鸡翼: crunchy deep-fried crust with juicy flesh. Flavour-wise it was ok but not so rich in shrimp paste.蛋白带子粒炒饭: quite a no of small scallops pieces inside but portion was incredibly little! less than even half a bowl!!!!班兰椰汁糕: OK是日精选糖水: it was 紫米露 which smelt & tasted good with quite some 紫米.Overall food quality was ok la, some above average and a few below average. Portion seemed little but I did feel full after eating. Service seemed ok as I didn't spend much time paying attention to the service. 百花虾多士拼陈醋小黄瓜海蜇头Deep Fried Prawn Toast & Jelly Fish with Cucumber served with Black Vinegar虾多士好香脆，陈醋小黄瓜海蜇头个调味唔错，海蜇头质素爽口，呢个比较中上高汤蟹肉烩官燕Braised Bird's Nest Soup with Crab Meat in Superior Soup呢个系最大份嘅一味𩠌，不过系汤嚟嘅，有好多蟹肉同官燕，味道平平，不过我唔系好识食官燕
翡翠炒大虾球Sautéed Prawn & Vegetable呢个唔记得影相，但系都系非常立立令，油分完全遮盖下嘅味道，虽然佢一定唔系新鲜虾 亦都唔系太有虾鲜味，甜豆都非常油腻 厨师好似好钟意用猛烈油份去煮
龙虾汤海鲜赞岐乌冬Sanuki Udon with Assorted Seafood served with Lobster Bisque 呢个乌冬同我认知嘅有啲出入，应该系干乌冬面条煮成，再加上油炸过嘅斑块，虽然大家会觉得好香口，但系佢成餐饭会变咗每碟菜式都真系用深煎或者炸
