Went to dinner with a high expectation, no disappointment at all.....in fact exceed some of the best Chinese restaurants in food quality and service.The staff were attentive, very knowledgeable about the ingredients and cooking method which seems to be lacking in Chinese Cuisine in general.The high light was the steamed Macau Sole ( 金边方利) 🤩🤩🤩In house fermented century eggs and raw oysters with a touch of Sichuan pepper sauceSteamed Macau Sole.....almost 2 cattyThe braised fish maw was massive....Steamed Flower Crab with fried cheung fun
