2025年的第一天,想有一个新开始,所以带家人去了高级粤菜馆棽粤吃点心。估唔到下午一点去到,餐厅已经满座,系呢度,你完全感受唔到因港人北上,而令餐厅生意收到影响,而且好多系一家大细和老人家一起聚餐,仲有一枱系庆祝生日。我地点了“中午点心套餐”:第一个系百花酿鱼肚,足料而且鱼肚没有腥味。菜苗带子饺,带子很新鲜,好味!相比之下,蜜汁叉烧肠啲叉烧就应该系隔夜,已经发黑,口感比较差。因为系新年想食好啲,所以叫了鱼翅灌汤饺,味道不错,汤亦鲜甜。锅烧和牛生煎包令人很惊喜,热辣辣的上枱,火候控制得好好,保留到包里面的肉汁,和牛亦没有煮到好老,好食!海鲜酥就因为啲海鲜唔系咁新鲜,所以味道稍逊。黑松露蛋白炒饭,黑松露味道突出,炒饭亦没有太多油,刚刚恰到好处。最后甜品系清香竹叶角及新疆红枣糕,因为已经吃得好饱,所以饭和甜品都要打包。整体黎讲,食物系好食,餐厅楼面职员都很落力,招呼亦周到,如果厨房可以再留意番啲食材水准,应该可以再做多啲生意。Read More

We were all very disappointed with our visit during lunchtime. The staff charged us incorrectly, and there were hidden fees that weren’t disclosed upfront. When we brought our concerns to the manager, she was unhelpful and indifferent and refused to rectify the situation.We expected a better experience, but aside from the steep prices and small portions, the service was lackluster.Overall, we definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant. 带客户来这边吃饭我觉得服务员很不专业首先、介绍菜单的时候很敷衍也没有仔细说明菜品大小第二、几个服务生一直站在很远的地方聊天,要请他们帮忙的时候都要等很久第三、我们要求需要酱油、辣椒酱、豆瓣酱,服务生说要加钱一碟$40,我说没问题,但是服务生居然送来一小瓶酱油并且说随便我们加,但是根本没有给我们碟(我们总共四个人)第四、我请服务生清理桌面,因为要给客人签单,结果叫了很多次他们都在清理隔壁的桌(那桌客人已经走了)第五、我们叫了甜点(但桌面还没收),我请服务生先收桌面,她居然回说怕甜点冷掉,但我刚刚已经跟他们说了很多次先收桌面再上甜点第六、服务生好像都听不懂也看不懂客人是否还在吃东西,就要收客人的碗….第七、服务生在下单的时候还当场隔著裤子拉了自己的内裤….可能卡到还是怎么样,可是也不该在外面做这件事吧….总而言之,我觉得这间的服务生素质非常差,好像是茶餐厅的水准,带客人来这家餐厅是我做过最错误的决定Read More
