今日同朋友去铜锣湾行街,心血来潮好想食韩烧,醒起之前食过呢间柞木炭家啲烧肉好好食,一于即兴去食吓,餐厅环境几有格调,坐得舒服,仲闻到阵阵炭香味,即刻肚饿🤣。牛骨髓石头锅饭好吸睛,啱晒打卡,店员会帮手捞匀牛骨髓、蛋浆、肉碎、芽菜、菇等等,饭焦香口,成个组合浓郁又暖胃。酱油虾大大只,腌得入味,肉质爽口鲜甜,送埋饭一齐食绝配!葱烧厚切牛舌必嗌,肉质好厚身咬落去一啲都唔韧好爽口弹牙,炭香同葱丝夹埋一齐食,完全唔觉得腻。职员会主动帮我哋烧野食,唔洗我哋落手,个鹅肝多士外脆内软,入口即化,配埋香脆多士同啲酱汁好邪恶。泡菜煎饼煎得金黄色,外脆内软,泡菜份量足,酸辣开胃。饮品叫咗荔枝梳打同青瓜青柠梳打,两杯都清新解腻,尤其青瓜味好突出,而荔枝梳打比软甜啲我好钟意饮呢杯,两杯都好啱夏天饮。最后重头戏日本产和牛肩肉盛,牛肉油脂分布靓,轻轻烧一烧,蘸少少盐已经好正,唔洗点太多酱汁已经好好食🥹,入口即化嘅感觉真系好满足!前菜有呢5款,如果想无限添加前菜可以加$40,前菜好食好丰富。Read More

不得不说食物是好吃的,但服务生很忙,需要的时候找不到人,服务生要是不帮烤没问题,可是上了汤汁,不说一说怎么烤,都烧干了才来烤,有点无语。所以餐厅是只做好口味忽略服务吗?建议改进改进吧。:)Read More
