早前参加左柏葡汇试酒活动,用甜酒主题, 主要试4款不同造法的甜酒,头两支系一白一红清爽型气泡半甜葡萄酒, 分别系MOSCATO 同 BARCHETTO,十分适合配新鲜水果的酒款 之后果支系令我十分惊喜的 LATE HARVERT - KOKOMO我一直对LATE HARVERT的印象十分差劲, 因为很多LATE HARVERT 果味同酸度不够,导致感觉好腻口,但这支KOKOMO 就做得非常BALANCE,饮完整杯也不够HEARVY,最后, 万众期待的冰酒出场,呢支整体戚觉亦十分良好,最重要性格比出奇的高,500$也不用,仲有打折TIM 最后我想称赞一下当天的讲师, 生动GE 解说令我获良多,而当天GE 客人同员工亦十分FRDLY, 大家都有讲有笑…查看更多

Heard from a colleague there is a new wine tasting room that carries a lot of California wines in sheung wan! Finally paid a visit on Friday after taking off early from work. Didn't really sure if it is a wine shop or a tasting room cos it has very nice decor and comfortable seatings! Anyway it does carry a lot of boutique wineries from California and some fine wines! Since it is my first time there, I only wanted to ckeck it out! The sales persons were cool, didn't bug me at all. Wine samples were offered and I tried some them. Some of them are actually pretty good. I chatted with other customers and found out it offers free tasting on Friday evening ( not sure on every Friday though)! I bought a bottle of Zinfandel at end after talking to a customer there. He highly recommended it as it is made by some winemaker who also makes the screaming eagle (I think)! It is not cheap $450! 之前听过个FD话上环有个地方卖酒同D环境唔错, 见今日都算得闲所以放左工同几个同事上去试下顺便RELAX下倾下计甘, 点知上到去果然冇令我失望, 最满意真系个装潢, 比人一种好舒服既感觉平时我都唔系成日饮酒个D人, 但上到黎又冇理由斋坐, 所以就叫个职员介绍下, 虽然佢好PROF, 但我真系咩都唔识, 所以我就叫佢介绍左两支红酒, 饮落去又OK㖞, 几易入口, 又唔太贵, 最岩我ED初学试饮人士, 之后我地几个同事一倾就倾到唔知时间, 坐左成几个钟, 后尾睇一睇表先知快乐不知时日过, 讲真系甘既装潢度倾计吹水饮D酒真系人生一大落事, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 后尾仲知原来可以包地场, 等我下次有FD生日再约佢地上黎先…查看更多

某日放工同个同事经过上环地铁站附近，但仲有个同事要等... 咁O岩见到有间楼上酒铺，于是就入去睇下，点知一望入去就觉得唔似酒铺(但又真系有酒卖)，里面都几令架，不过酒款就唔算好多。睇左阵本身想走架啦，不过个店员话可以买左喺度饮，我望下只表心O念仲有排等... 不如就试下啦，好过O喺街度等，好热呀...平时O系酒店餐厅饮$300几既酒多既, 我地又试下开支撑300几睇下先~ 咦? 真系$300几既?几好饮WOR, 好黑加伦子, 仲有D木味，唔错，我地饮下饮下终于等到个同事了....整体环境好好，店员话D酒平系因为佢地果度系加洲试酒室，即系比D人买D酒之后坐O系度饮，不过要自助既, 但平D又唔怕WOR (你唔SELL我野最好啦, 哈)~ 仲话人多可以BOOK场TIM, 下次再睇睇先~…查看更多
