冻冻地,放工行过牛头角,心血来潮去食碗双并面/饺子。自从宜安街天园执咗之后,都无咩心机响附近揾有咩可以替代。乐园又经常食,而且出品尚佳,好难响区内揾到比佢好。今次响天园旧位对面见门口餐牌有咁平既面店/饺子?即管试吓咩料。双并:牛腩云吞面(走青)净食:潮式韮菜饺(走青)双并面先上台,见系瘦腩,心当堂打个突惊唔系瘦腩系鞋腩。先饮啖汤,正常唔算咸,花椒八角香料味亦唔算重。不过不失之中品。
夹起面,一阵枧水味扑出,心谂唔系下话,咁快就XX出局?好在入口就反而唔多觉有枧水味,面身亦算爽口,OK.
腩系普通切腩,虽然瘦,但入口唔算鞋,反而仲有些少爽口感觉,呢度有惊喜。
再到云吞,噢,我咁大个人第一次见扁既云吞。咬开,得一细堆肉,虾呢?好似欠逢。
到碗饺放上台,见饺型都尚算饱满,的确有云吞面店水饺既感觉。再饮啖汤,普通鸡粉/肉骨粉开水,呢度就完全无特别。
夹起饺入口,都算滑,咬开一睇,馅反而唔多,韮菜含量亦少,唯一可取系唔咸,料亦食得出系新鲜既。间中夹杂一条木耳丝,咁既配搭真系第一次见。整体感觉似系屋企自己包𠮶啲咁样。
总结:腩面先系32, 双并加8蚊即系40. 碗饺5只盛惠30,埋单总共70, 我只可以话,不过不失,对得住呢个价钱。…Read More

好耐无乜去堂食,今次一次叫个三并河本来想叫崩沙腩,老板说今天的坑腩靓,好,就改坑腩,果然不欺人。腩卤得不过火,够味带鲜不咸,肉质咬落有质感,松而不黐牙,边带少少肥膏有牛油香并且有少少筋的咬劲。牛筋是老板刚炆好放埋边枱面,一大盆热气上腾。即刻改双并加牛筋,不是淋到散的,却也算够味。跟住见个卤㶽面的牛肠够肥美。牛杂中最爱的就是竹肠与牛肠,心思思又改三并。不过三样中,肠就略咸了些。鱼皮是太太 的favor,够脆。附上一碗汤带点箩白香而味较清,鱼皮沾一沾放口正合她。附带一提,奶茶也不错,有茶味而不涩口。…Read More
