Had the most incredible meal recently, and I need to gush about every single thing I ate, let’s dive in! First off, the Sinful Tamagoyaki. It’s this fluffy, buttery egg roll that’s sweet and savory in all the right ways. Like, melt-in-your-mouth good. You take one bite and immediately think, “Yeah, I sin for more of this.” Then there was the angler fish liver. Let me tell you, this stuff is rich. Like, “I need a sip of something to balance it” rich, but in the best way. It’s creamy, almost buttery, with this subtle briny kick that makes it feel super luxurious. The miso-glazed black cod was chef’s kiss. The fish itself is so tender it practically falls apart with a fork, and that miso glaze? Sticky, sweet, a little salty Grilled white eel skewers next. Eel can be tricky, but this was spot on. The outside’s got a little char, which adds this nice smoky flavor, and the inside is juicy and soft. That sweet eel sauce they slather on? Perfection. It’s not too heavy, just enough to make each bite pop. Okra might sound boring, but man, it was the perfect palate cleanser. Crunchy, fresh, just a little bit of that slimy goodness (you know what I mean). Sometimes you need that simple veggie to reset, and this did the job. Beef tongue? Yes, please. Thick slices, grilled just right – tender but with a little chew, so you actually feel like you’re eating something substantial. They didn’t over-season it, which is great because you get that pure, meaty flavor. I went back for seconds before I even realized it. Cold udon was next, and wow, so refreshing. The noodles are chewy in that satisfying way, and the light dashi broth they toss it in is just salty enough. It’s like a cool breeze for your mouth after all the grilled and rich dishes. So simple, but so good. Thick-cut lamb chops, these were a standout. The outside’s crispy with herbs, and the inside? Pink, juicy, so flavorful. Lamb can sometimes be gamey, but this was mild and delicious. Washed it all down with yuzu wine, which was perfect. Bright, citrusy, a little sweet but not cloying. 同朋友嚟到太子呢间居酒屋,试咗几款嘢食,整体几有惊喜,环境仲相当好feel,好啱饮返两杯刺身方面,叫咗三文鱼、油甘鱼同蜜柑鲷。三文鱼同油甘鱼都几新鲜,油甘鱼鱼油香几出;蜜柑鲷就真有少少柑橘嘅清甜味,口感爽身佢哋个招牌「朝邪恶玉子烧」果然名不虚传,入面系芝士,食落好滑,味道偏甜少少,但唔会太腻。唐扬九肚鱼炸得唔错,外皮脆,里面保持到好嫩滑酱油烧蚝蚝身饱满大只,酱油味唔会太咸,甜甜地西京银雪鱼烧得几好,鱼肉嫩滑,面层有少少甜面酱嘅味道。盐烧白鳗串烧得唔错,简单用盐带出鱼嘅香味安格斯西冷扒可以见到中间未熟嘅状态,扒本身已经够靓,有香浓嘅肉味日本柚子果酒,清新嘅柚子味几解腻,而且偏甜几啱女仔饮,威士忌梅酒嘅梅香就比较突出查看更多

太子一间居酒屋,开业数年,一打开店家嘅门就好像进入另一时空咁,好日本feel。而家宵夜9:00后嚟,仲有6折!自选刺身油甘鱼、带子和三文鱼新鲜鲜甜,质地细腻,鱼味浓郁,入口鲜美。烧白鳗串外皮微脆,肉质嫩滑,带有微妙的炭香。熊本牛肉串肉质嫰滑多汁,带有丰富的风味,完美烤制。厚烧羊架外酥内嫩,香气四溢,带著淡淡草本味道。豚肉紫苏卷鲜香多层次,紫苏的清香完美中和了豚肉的油腻感。明太子玉子烧口感嫩滑,咸甜适中。烧饭团表层微焦香脆,米饭香软。和牛汤乌冬汤底鲜美浓郁,乌冬弹牙,搭配和牛的香滑。整体食评丰富多样,绝对值得一试。查看更多

低调的生日饭局🎂又黎左我最熟悉的居酒屋【朝ASa】🏮之前太夜去,折扣多,人流也多,成日都要等位,今次醒目早d黎到。✨记得9点后宵夜时段全单6折‼️ -酒品- ⦁啜啜啫喱柚子酒尼款酒有分柚子味、梅子味,而餐厅只入了柚子味,果味浓厚,啫喱的质感,饮落顺滑可口。 -刺身-⦁岩手县尾崎生蚝⦁五点刺身盛⦁吞拿鱼脑天3切刺身口感质素都毋庸置疑,脑天入口即溶。生蚝肥美多汁,海胆味唔算太浓,但口感棉滑。 -煮物-⦁朝邪恶玉子烧⦁清酒煮蚬⦁慢煮广岛蚝配法包⦁三文鱼茶渍饭喜欢鸡蛋的朋友一定唔好错过咁邪恶的玉子烧,芝士拉丝,咸甜充斥的味道,令人一再回味。另外蚬肉、广岛蚝,味道鲜甜肥美,最后用三文鱼茶渍饭来将味道调淡,令到口感更加有层次。 -烧物-⦁鸡颈肉⦁鸡皮⦁烧菠萝最后,点了少量烧物,每次点的烧菠萝,都会有不同形态出现。 查看更多
