从朋友口中得知,荃湾路德围有间小店芝麻雪糕好好食,从一个不为食的朋友口中听到,相信真的有其吸引力,于是决定假期一试⋯⋯当日大概5时,未算多人排队,于是就跟大队试吓啦⋯⋯门口大大杯芝麻雪糕模型,就知止乃招牌项目。在等候期间看见灯牌还有其他产品芝麻控过到来,相信除咗雪糕还有很多吸引项目。布甸和豆浆都很吸引,可恨嘅是,笔者当日不是直接回家,否则一定大包小包⋯⋯店员除了安排雪糕外,还涂上芝麻酱在雪糕面,真心觉得为这雪糕加持外,还很有仪式感呢⋯⋯大概5分钟后终于到手了,单单看外表就十分吸引,甜度适中,唔算太甜,浓浓的芝麻香,那个芝麻酱带点点芝麻的苦涩味道,作为一个芝麻控,必须被这味道俘虏。还有这个芝麻雪糕筒,简直是一个完美的结合。吃完雪糕打算买芝麻卷回家,殊不知他们话6:00pm才开售,于是到附近超市行一阵,回来时已大排长龙,于是放弃了⋯⋯隔了数天,心有不甘,于是在一次非繁忙时段,平日的时候,又比笔者买到,吃过后又不外如是,未知系咪自大过期待呢⋯⋯整体来说真系暖心芝作,芝麻软雪糕,好味会回头。

前日(15-2-2025 Sat)晏昼,同老公食完晏同甜品后,行到过嚟呢边,见天气热热地,就索性行埋嚟之前老公想食嘅呢间买芝麻雪糕食,嚟到时见到有人龙,但都照排队啦,见到唔止有年轻人排,重有中年,甚至老人,竟然咁吸引。喺等嘅时候,睇吓menu有咩买同价钱系点先,排到舖面,见到有个电动石磨,磨𡁵芝麻浆出嚟。到我哋喇,我就买咗三样嘢,$18.00嘅黑芝麻豆浆,$28.00嘅黑芝麻软雪糕同$25.00嘅流心黑芝麻布甸,原本都想买埋杯庄硬雪糕返屋企,但我哋冇冰袋喺身,怕会溶,所以唔买啦。买完食得,黑芝麻软雪糕面上淋咗啲黑芝浆,食落,黑芝麻味道够浓又唔太甜,口感系软滑,感觉轻盈唔太heavy。5分返到屋企,即刻雪住唔两样,到食完晚饭,就攞流心黑芝麻布甸食,呢个味道都浓唔太甜,但唔算好滑,可能始终会有小粒,而流心馅杰到好耐至滴到一滴(Openrice取消咗上载影片功能,令我唔可以上载芝麻流心慢慢滴落嚟嘅片),流心份量唔算多。4.5分最后黑芝麻豆浆,到夜啲至攞出嚟放暖少少饮,买嘅时候,店员有问要无糖定低糖,我拣低糖,倒出嚟时唔杰,饮落,芝麻味唔太浓,豆味,好似冇乜,成个饮落口,似水还水,芝麻还芝麻,沟唔埋分开嘅感觉,唔通因为少甜?我哋觉得唔好饮。0.5分不过为咗健康,始终低糖会好啲嘅。

路过荃湾,来到久闻其名的「暖心芝作」,听闻他们的甜品不错,便点了一份芝麻雪糕尝尝。这份芝麻雪糕的卖相算是正常,颜色是芝麻应有的深色,质感也算顺滑,没有明显的冰渣。入口时,芝麻的味道是有的,带点坚果香气,甜度方面也算是适中,不会过甜。不过,如果要说它特别浓郁或惊艳,那倒也谈不上,就是中规中矩的芝麻味,没有太大的记忆点。如果你期待非常浓郁、甚至能达到「黯然销魂」级别的芝麻风味,或许会觉得有点平淡。如果只是想在荃湾找个地方吃个普通甜点,或者你对芝麻味道的要求不高,这份芝麻雪糕还是可以一试的。但若想追求更出色的味道,可能会有其他更好的选择。

嬲到要岀post插!!够胆死用芝麻为题,但系芝麻糊可以完全冇芝麻味,又稀又淡又油,仲要成$30 !过隔离买阿玉嘅芝麻糊都冇咁嬲!!另外芝麻卷毫无口感,芝麻味极淡,咬开完全冇一层层,纯粹系食紧一个有甜味嘅糕。另外仲买咗黑芝麻酱,已经毫无希望,一试果然真系又系又稀又无味。点解呢间嘢仲可以咁多人排队,仲要咁多人吹捧,香港人系咪食开屎?
