I initially planned to have an early lunch here before going to Disney, trying some of their cute Dim Sum. However, I was intrigued by two items on their menu at at their entrance and I decided to give it a try instead. The first dish though was a miss for me. Appearance wise, it really looks nothing close to the menu. I understand appearances aren't everything but it really the vegetable they put on the bottom kind of made it look even more worse. They could have just added a small edible flower or petals instead. The taste for this one was also not too impressive as it was a bit too oily even after taking into account it was wok fried. The tartness of the sauce took into account that of the sweetness of the whole lychee wrapping the pork and created an excellent balance of savory, sweetness and tartness. Overall an excellent dish and if it weren't for the first dish(flavors I would say 3 stars), the flavors of this review would have been 5 stars(so overall 4 stars). If I need to break down the value of these 2 dishes, the wok fried shrimp only 2 stars but the lychee deep fried pork is worth 4 or even 5 stars.…Read More
