一聽到好失望，山長水遠嚟到又食唔到，我話可以等嘅，但佢一嚟就話餐廳用餐時間為45分鐘，件蛋榚要等幾耐佢都話唔清楚，咁我哋就唯有order其他野食喇，講真係有啲失望嘅，但見到佢哋對自家出品製作認真，賣得比客人嘅出品一定要過得到自己，淨係依點都抵讚。不過其實我知啲忌廉雪唔夠時間唔夠凍就真係成唔到形嘅。好喇咁我今日就order咗依啲野食。抺茶紅豆卷蛋 ($38) -抺茶澀味濃，甜味主要係由紅豆帶出嚟，紅豆好綿，卷蛋係海綿蛋糕咬口，鬆軟唔死實嘅，中間抺茶cream帶苦澀，整體平衡出色，如此出品，賣35蚊抵食。蕨餅 ($28) - 抺茶味併豆粉咪，蕨餅煙靭Q彈，外層抺茶粉與豆粉味道正常，練奶加紅豆醬伴點食味倍增。另外order 一杯 LATTE，味道正常；同叫咗一杯熱抺茶，就一般般了。但入開元朗嘅朋友想食啲無咁漏嘅甜品，旮旯絶對係一個唔錯嘅選擇。
