这次带同两位朋友到日月楼吃京菜,吃了海蜇皮,芝麻虾,凉拌鸭掌西芹,烤鸭,赛螃蟹,三鲜饺子,葱油饼,还有驴打滚。我们很满意这里的食物质素。食材新鲜,烹调到位,没有半点偷工减料或大集团的工业味道。芝麻虾和葱油饼炸的香脆,上桌还热腾腾的。凉拌爽脆可口,而且量不少。饺子新鲜,包的饱满且好看。赛螃蟹滑嫩。烤鸭的皮很酥,而且油脂有香味。很高兴能够回味20年前的味道。原本以为这种老味道注定绝迹,希望它能够延续下去!
